Exotic Pavers

I contact Marsha to come to my house to estimate the price. She quoted 1400 usd for 1400 sq ft backyard. I thought it was quite a fair price, so I did not bother to contact other contractors. The job was excellent. I can say my backyard pavers were done by a professional.

Mark with Exotic Pavers made an appointment to come out within 3 days from my initial call. He arrived on time to take measurements and made some thoughtful and very good design suggestions. His bid was thorough and right on the money. Mark was very friendly and professional. We are not quite ready to begin this project but we do plan to use Exotic Pavers when the time is right.

Overall, an amazing job. The patio is beautiful. They recommended a local screen enclosure provider to help complete my total vision for my patio project, and he's been on point so far (the enclosure is still in progress). The patio itself had a few minor hiccups due to some weird issues with the existing concrete in my backyard, and some measurement issues, but Marsha and her crew adapted and things turned out fine. 'Fine' really isn't the right word, as I knew what I expected in my mind and the end result totally exceeded the expectation. It's a solid, good looking patio with made-to-order paver stones and completely covers the underlaying footer for the screen enclosure, which is going in this week. It really brings the whole yard together.

From the initial meeting with Marsha and Marc, owners of the company, to the working men who constructed the patio to the man cleaned up after all the work was done, the experience was replete with professionalism. Marcia and Marc came to my home twice because I had to wait for the HOA to approve the change to the backyard. Then I had to decide on the color and shape of pavers. Moreover, I changed my mind regarding the shape of the patio and the owners had to rethink the price. The revised price was fair. Exotic Pavers did the work soon after they received the pavers they ordered for me. Their workers are experienced and know what they're doing. It was very important to me to able to trust the skills of persons who were changing the look of my home. And I could with Exotic Pavers.

Did not select - too expensive. Picked another Angie's List favorite with excellent results.

if i could give them a A plus, plus I would, the provider was on time and did a great job. The end result far exceed my expectation.

I called Exotic Pavers to have them come and give me a quote for the work I needed done on my existing pavers. They gave me the name of their sub-contractor "Pressure Washing LTD". Within a day the sub-contractor called, set up an appointment. When he came we went over everything that needed to be done. He started in early August and was held up quite a bit due to the unusual amount of rain. He would have to come back in two or three days to continue if he could. He worked very professionally and had a good attitude due to all the hold-ups. The patio was a mess! but now it looks great. He has finished the patio, but has come back to check it on his own - to make any adjustments he felt needed. He has told me he will come back again just to make sure everything is ok. So far I have had a good experience with Pressure Washing LTD. He is punctual, gets right to work, cleans up afterwards.

If you want any paver work done to your home then look no further. Marc and Marsha the Family owned company never ceases to amaze me. They just recently installed a custom Bbq and pergola along with a French pattern travertine. The travertine is high grade which they explained to me was all that they install from this vendor. They went above and beyond along with working between the rain drops. I could only hope to find another company so passionate about their job as you through Angie's List.

Denny responded quickly to my 1 enquiry. He said the job was doable and gave me a quote on the spot. It took sometime to set an appointment but, when set, the guys did a good job. Denny did not come to the work site and he was really relaxed about getting paid but all went well. I have referred others to him. Now, I have a very tiny job I hope he will help me with.

Marsha was so wonderful to work with. This was our 1st time using Angie's List. We got 3 quotes before choosing Exotic Pavers. She won hands down. She was patient with our tons of questions, she took the time to explain the process and reasons behind some of the challenges and workarounds with our land. EP was great to work with during the entire process which extended from the initial estimate all the way through to permit closure. Enclosed below is a summary starting from the initial request. When I first called EP, I was met by Marsha and Marc, the owners. I explained what we needed. Marsha and Marc are active listeners. They captured what we asked for and made some great recommendations. They showed us various paver options to select from. We selected the old distressed Chicago brick which is actually a clay paver which looks great. Within a very short time, I believe it was the next day, I had an estimate for the work with the price. The price for what we asked for was very reasonable; one of the best of the three companies we talked with. Upon further thought about our plan, my wife and I considered making the driveway a little larger as parking on the main street is not an option for us and we needed to accommodate more parking space. Let me recommend one thing, anyone who can go bigger will not regret it. Marsha and Marc came out again, captured the change and incorporated it in the contract. One thing that was very helpful, shortly after signing the amended contract I asked Marc if he could assist with a border wall which was set to be removed as part of the process. I had my house set to be painted and it would be very helpful if EP could demo the wall in advance of the full demo to accommodate painting we had set for the next week. The very next day, Marc and Marsha came over and took the border wall down with a sledge hammer. Not many owners are responsive to customer requests the way Marc and Marsha are. When the actual driveway demo was set, once again, Marsha and Marc where on time and the demo went off without a hitch. One thing to note, the property is a little unique as it is on a main road. As a result, I asked the demo be done to minimize traffic impact by doing it on a Saturday. EP recognized the need and scheduled the demo based on our unique situation which was very helpful. A day or so later, the work on the footers started. Let me say this, we requested a permit and all of the unique permitting requirements where followed with the city. Every inspection passed as needed, but more importantly, the work was done right the first time with no surprises. Also, one thing to note when the pavers were delivered to the house, both Marsha and Marc were onsite before the delivery. They had all safety equipment such as vests, cones, and flags to make sure no injuries occurred as we needed to block traffic while the materials were unloaded. After some minor rain delays (it is south Florida), the work was done as needed. The work crews arrived on time each day and the workers worked long hard days. The same crew of EP guys worked together each day.Towards the end of the job, I had asked a minor change be made to the existing footprint to make the circle easier to navigate. The change was made even better than I could hope for. In closing, our experience with Exotic Pavers was great. Marsha and Mark are really hands on owners and the quality of the work performed reflects their involvement. I would highly recommend giving Exotic Pavers a call should anyone be looking to have pavers installed based on our experiences.

At 7:15am on a Tues morning, a truck arrived with 2 guys to start removing grass & dirt from around the existing slab. Shortly after another guy arrived with some of the materials. The pavers had come the day before. They worked together & the payers were being laid. Marc showed up & the 3rd guy left. I did paperwork with Marc. By 10;30 the 2 guys were finished & I had a beautiful patio. I couldn't get over how smoothly the job went. These guys worked so smoothly together, each one knew his job & the patio was finished in great time. My thanks to these guys & the company. And also to Angie's list for listing this competent & professional company.

I met with Marsha and Marc who gave us great ideas on the reshaping of our existing pool deck as well as extending a new walkway to the fence. The travertine sample matched the travertine installed and the installers were hard working and did a very professional job. The job site was cleaned up promptly after the deck was completed. The estimate we received while it was the least expensive, was still competitive with other estimates we received. But the personal interest that Marsha showed when speaking with us won us over. It didn't seem like it was just "a Job' to her. Instead it seemed like this was going to be her patio when it was finished. Both Marc and Marsha were available to us by phone or text throughout the process. We would highly recommend Exotic Pavers.

My wife and I would like to Thank the crew from "Exotic Pavers" for the great job of installing our pool coping and patioPavers. It truly exceeded our expectations. Recently retired, working almost 50yrs in the construction industry " I know good work when I see it". Your crew not only did a excellent job of installing our Pavers, they also were very informative on everything they were doing. Except for looking at the beautiful pavers, you could not tell that anyone was here. They did such a great job with cleaning up and putting everything back in order. Everything was on time as promised and the crew was courteous and respectful. I had a total of four estimates one was below Exotic Pavers, one above and one about the same. Our main reason for picking Exotic Pavers was because Mark and Marsha were professional and spend time with me and my wife. Marsha explained to my wife and I how they were going to incorporate our Foxtail Palms into the patio since we were increasing the size and it had to transition from concrete slap to a grass area. We also have two giant Schnauzers that they had to work around and be considerate of. We would highly recommend "Exotic Pavers" to anyone wanting to get Pavers installed.

The company Exotic Pavers came out fast, and finished fast. They set a date which they stuck with, and the job turned out gorgeous. I have all my friends asking who I used to seal my Travertine patio. I can now feel confident to bring people to my back patio for hanging out, and enjoying this Florida weather. I have just purchased this house a few months ago, and first thing on my list of things to do was repair the Pool deck and Driveway. The people from Exotic Pavers came over and gave me a great price to fix both areas, and do it the right way which it seems the builder cut some corners. I was more than impressed with their professionalism & knowledge, and I am happy to have met a good contractor in south Florida since they area few and far between. I will definitely pass out your cards to all my friends in the area. My pool deck and driveway now look as good as new thanks to Exotic Pavers.

When the pavers were installed, the existing drain was plugged against our objections. With the absence of drainage, rain collected below the pavers causing some moisture problem. Exotic Pavers came back in Jan 2015 to fix the problem. Extra cost: $3000 The grout was improperly installed & the pavers left w/ a heavy haze. Hired separate contractor to clean & seal. Cost $600

Let me start off by saying Marsha from Exotic Pavers is a true professional in every sense of the word. The world needs more female contractors like her, and we have become true friends as well. As for Exotic Pavers, I have used them in the past, and I would NEVER think of using anyone else. First off, their PRICE was extremely fair for the craftsmanship they displayed. They constantly keep you in the loop as to what and when is going on with your project. 't call for any site preparation or pvers I got it done for $150., far more than the Deal tey posted for 100 sq ft.Exotic measured the strip. Very cordial, professional. They bid $500 for the job. That seemed a lot,given that it didn't require any site preparatiuon or materials. I subsequently found another bidder at $150.
