First and foremost, i did a tremendous amount of research for not only great pavers but a truly awesome paver company. There were many homes in my neighborhood who had pavers and the majority of them were done by Exoctic Pavers. I contacted Marsha, the owner of this paver company, and i was pretty blown away in the commitment she presented to me by not only taking me to different homes with different style pavers, but listened to me in what design and color i thought would be great for my home. I'm a disabled military combat veteran, and i am so uniform in everything i have that I've updated with my house. Marsha and i in detail took our time to decide what would really make my driveway and patio pop with the color i chose and she 100% agreed. I will show pics after my review. I wanted a different color and style from what my neighbors had, and i think when you see these pics, you will agree. Marsha's son, Marc and her husband Rusty were over the top amazing in making me feel very comfortable with my choice of pavers and what the process would be like. I was stunned how quickly my old driveway was taken out and the pavers put down on my driveway and patio in 2 1/2 days. The wow factor pretty much had me speechless and these truly dedicated workers, including Ricky, who ran the awesome crew that were non stop in doing such an amazing job, I had to tip them an amount that they deserved to be stunned just like me because of the amazing job they did!!! The most important thing you have to remember is "patience" on getting these pavers sealed. Listen to Marsha, she knows what she's talking about when you have to let these pavers cure for at least 2 months. Bottom line, i ended up becoming great friends with these amazing people and it was a tremendous honor having Exoctic Pavers do my driveway and patio. Thankyou Marsha, Rusty, and Marc, and Ricky. You folks are one of a kind!!!

From the very start Marsha was incredibly helpful choosing the pavers and suggesting how we should place them. They were an absolute joy to work with and the finished product is excellent. The experience was great from the start. Marsha came by the house the same day to meet with me and measured what I needed. I had tons of questions and she answered every one of them. She even met with me at two days later at 8pm to make sure her quote was correct and it was exactly what I wanted. On the first install day, marsha was there to make sure everything went smoothly. The install crew was very professional and did excellent work. Half way through the installation i added two small patios and it was no problem. I am completely happy with my experience. My driveway is the talk of the neighborhood. I will be calling them back to install a large patio soon.

Company called back and gave ball park estimate without ever visiting property or taking measurements. I'm writing this review to educate potential customers on what is clearly a lack of professionalism. If you contact a company for a free estimate than you expect customer service to be at the forefront. Not only did Exotic Pavers not come to the property, they were the highest quote by $300. I'm not going to give an F rating because I did not hire this company so I cannot comment on their work only their lack of effort to give an honest and upfront quote.

Marc and Marcia were great to work with. They were helpful with recommendations on the layout based on my backyard and the space available. The entire project turned out beautiful! The team was prompt, flexible and did excellent work. I ended up customizing my paver color and they were very patient with me when determining exactly what I was looking for - it turned out better than I could ever imagine. I highly recommend Exotic Pavers and will call on them again when I decide to do the front walkway and patio. Easy to work with, prompt, flexible and great customer service. They were so professional and easy to work with. They were on time and in 3 days everything was done. Price was right and we always research everybody. Very nice people.

GREAT! The walkway was extended from 3 feet wide to 5 feet wide and from 64 feet in length to 75 feet in length. It is so nice to have a completed entry walkway.

I had used Exotic Pavers when I wanted my patio redone this past December. I had an excellent experience with this company so I decided it was time to redo my driveway. When I gave Marsha a call, she was very excited and eager to help me out again. Within the next hour I received a call from Marc about how soon the crew could come start the job. I was just amazed how quickly the process could start since with some companies it usually takes days to weeks to implement the process. The crew was a delight to be around once again, they were all so friendly! The workers had proficient time management and the driveway was completed within no time. The cost of the service was affordable, they always honor the Angie's List coupon. They are such a family oriented company it's nice to know I can trust them when I am investing money into service. I would definitely use them again for any future jobs. They are highly recommendable and I will keep referring my family and friends to use them for service!

The project turned out great and Exotic Pavers took out the old Asphalt driveway, and installed brick pavers to enhance the overall curb appeal of my rental property. I could not be happier with the final outcome, and will continue to use this company for future projects. It is reassuring when a Florida based company calls you back, and does what they say they are going to do. I will and have already recommended you to all my friends.

Everything really went great! Exotic Pavers came the next day, brought the materials needed and did the job in one day. I've included a few pictures which highlights the work. In summary, the old pavers were removed, a trench was dug to set the french drain, a grate was set along the door and connected to the french drain (to allow water to move away under the pavers where the problem area was) and the remaining pavers were reset. From my observation, the crew and lead work very hard and quickly. They do an excellent job. Marc is great to work with. This company has excellent workmanship! Whoever handles their online customer service is the rudest person and doesn't even know what the company's description actually says on their online profiles. It's a wonder they have any customers at all!

They showed up on time, explained the process and worked diligently. They took care to protect our home and outdoor furnishings as they worked, and cleaned up very well after the work was completed. They moved some irrigation heads I had not thought about moving in advance, and also suggested a curved area in one location around the pool. This added detail really made the space special. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Beyond expectation. Way beyond. We have, for years, lived with our pavers that had settled severely by the coping of our pool in just the last year. Plus our overspill/waterfall coming from our spa had eroded ( the 3 slate pieces on the top.). I was nervous on many areas - the main being that the company that put in the pool doesn't exist and the pavers were custom so couldn't be replaced to match if they were broken during the repair. Everything was done to perfection and it seems like we time traveled to right when the pool was originally installed. I will recommend this company to all that have the need for repair. And the crew was courteous and on time. Well done!

I chose the "old Chicago" paver with a lot of terra-cotta colors. The crew of 4 showed up on time and got to work right away. First, they removed debris from the area. Then they spread crushed rock and compacted it for a base material. Then the fun part, actually laying the pavers. I was out of town during this project. The crew took pictures of several layout patterns and let me choose my favorite. We stayed in contact via cell phone and texts during the whole process. These guys are master craftemen using chisels, hammers and saws. The crew layed out the job with curves around a mature avacado tree. Also, they curved around a group of Arika palm trees. This took alot of extra work and the quality of their craftsmanship shows. The yard is now a real showpiece with alot of detailed custom work. I can't wait to do some landscaping, mostly ground cover when I return. The crew was freindly, both Mark and Marsha are professionals and easy to deal with. I will not hesitate to hire them in future.

Showed up on time and worked solid and hard for 12 hours. Andre, Silvano and Lester did a GREAT job, Very nice guys who did everything I asked and answered all questions I had. I have all good things to say about these hard working guys. The job came out great and we are very happy, Thank you

The whole process went great. Contacted company for quote and received email with written estimate next day. The job to remove old pavers and replace with new was scheduled for early December. The job was completed in one day and looks great. Will definitely use in future.

Marc and Marsha the owners were helpful providing good ideas for the installation process . Carlos the installer foreman was also very helpful by listening our suggestions. His crew was experienced, fast and knowledgeable by laying down pavers. The job was finished in three days.

After My wife and I bought a house in Leisureville a few years ago. We made the decision to put some money into fixing our driveway. We talked to some of our friends and we were convinced to sand blast our driveway. What a mistake! The job left a lot of pivots and holes in our concrete. This made the outer appearance look horrible! My daughter Marsha and grandson Marc saw how unhappy I was with my driveway and decided to surprise me with an early Christmas present. My wife and I feel blessed that they would be so generous to us and install a beautiful new driveway as a gift. I knew that this job was rather pricey to complete so I could not be more appreciative. One week after submitting the permit, the permit was approved. Within a couple of days later, the crew showed up and start to work. My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on our front patio and interacting with the crew. They were so personable and sweet to us! The driveway looks absolutely beautiful and it changes the whole outer appearance of my house. My neighbors always ask us where we got this job done and I always recommend Exotic Pavers every time. After seeing the high quality of their work, it was no surprise to me that they won the Super Service Award on Angie's List.

I just wanted to comment on how thrilled I am with Exotic Pavers. I had called three different companies to redo my patio and Exotic Pavers was the only one that was in my price range and could show up as quick as I wanted. There wasn't a day that they didn't show up on time and work efficiently. They came out with the crew when they said they would. Marsha and Marc were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very polite and personable. If I had any questions they would answer me right away or if I left a message they would call me back that same day. I was unsure about the specific style I wanted and they used their creativity and suggested ideas that were absolutely lovely! I ended up choosing one that they recommended and it came out even more beautiful than I ever dreamed of. Their service is outstanding and I will recommend this company to anyone in need of a paving company. I liked that they are a family owned and operating company and they truly make you feel like family. You can tell that they really do care. Once again, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

They impressed me with their proffesionalism & they love what they do which shows in their work. I had a difficult project since my home is Zero lot line and everything had to be removed by wheelbarrel. They started on time and finished on schedule. They all are very friendly and answered my calls which were many. I cannot say enough great things about the way our pool looks its amazing, and i will definatley be passing on your info to friends and family who need a reliable contractor which is hard to find in Florida.

My driveway was one of your typical concrete driveways for 3 cars. They removed my driveway with a Bobcat, and were very clean in the removal & installation process. The nice thing about using this company was that everything lined up as far as removal happened then the very next day installation happened. I was overjoyed that they met my deadline for the holidays since all my family was coming from up north. I would recommend your company to all my Friends.

We started dealing with these folks in August 2014. We knew what we wanted and they seemed to be nice on the phone. They sent a rep to us who seemed OK....but we just put up with him b/c we knew what we wanted. The following things happened. We gave them 50% deposit in August 2014. In October, I realized I had not heard from them so I called and they said that the permitting process takes forever in Broward County. Note to self: Next time ask if the contractor has ever put in a driveway in Broward County. I called the County and these people just didn't get it as far as the docs needed to get a driveway. At the end of October I went to the county and was told it was still in processing and I asked how come? They told me that our permit process had just been submitted in October and got kicked back for additional info. In other words, these guys had never done a permit and they did not make me happy knowing that my check was in their bank, and nothing was done for 60 days. Then it gets even worse: we got a call sometime in early November that the Chicago brick that we ordered was in and they were prepared to start. I'm like: that's fabulous.....so our permit got passed? The lady said, well I guess so but I'll check....it was still in the process of being approved. Probably a week or two later, the guy called and said great news!!! Our permit had been approved. I asked if they could get it done before Thanksgiving and he said: I don't know why not. I got a call later that day from the lady who said that we would start the Monday after Thanksgiving b/c they didn't want to leave us with a torn up driveway over the long weekend. The next day I get a call that our Chicago brick, that was available, was no longer available. I said: WHAT? She said it was there and then it wasn't and suggested to us to go to Boca to look at some bricks in driveways that they had just done.....so we did.....and we looked at each other and it was clear these people were digging deep. These brick were BRIGHT and Chicago brick is weathered, several muted colors, some black, some white, etc. I called these people and told them to give me my money back. They weren't even general contractors...they work under the flag of someone else. He called me and he wanted to stiff me for $1500.00 for THEIR TIME. HUH? Are you kidding me!!!! I negotiated something with the GC (I paid for the permit just so I could get my money back...just to lose these people and delete them from my life.) I have now chosen a new contractor FROM BROWARD COUNTY who has done driveways, knows what we want, is talking to us all the time. Hopefully, the driveway that was meant to be done by Thanksgiving will now be done in January.
