The recommendations were such that I decided to do the remediation myself.

Great professional group; took he time and effort to explain everything at the correct pace (not with a lot of caffeine). Areas kept spotless: wore booties and know how and when to use a broom. Additional areas discovered and attended to with no increase in price. Accompanied me to show me all completed work. Checked entire house. Even made and placed a new attic cover that is easier to remove and actually fits the entrance space. Brought all equipment with them; ready from the moment they entered the house!! Contemplating additional insulation in attic to raise 'protection' level.; will be contacting them for a quote in near future.

They were very professional. He came on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. The estimate was a little higher than I expected. So I'm going to be getting another estimate, as well. If the other estimate comes in at the same price, I would probably go with Energy Sheriffs because of the way they presented themselves and their professionalism.

They were here a couple of hours and I was satisfied with what they did. The audit was good. The additional insulation work has not been scheduled yet.

Excellent! These guys are great! Timely and professional. They let me know exactly what they were going to do, and did it well! Didn't feel like I was being nickeled and dimed!

It was okay. They only charged the $99.00, and my overall impression of the work and the staff was that it was just ok. That sums it up.

They showed up when they said they would and they were very professional. They were very professional and very thorough. We saved more than we wanted to spend.

Sal and his helper arrived on time. They checked the outside of the house, and reported two minor problems. Next, they came into the house, but they did not have a ladder with them. They asked if they could use ours, and we said yes. They proceeded to check all of the vents, and then to go in the attic, take pictures of the leaks in the air-conditioning vents. We agreed to have them fix the problems. Everything went smoothy, and the whole job took 3 hours. A couple of weeks later, we were having another workman come to do some work, and I noticed that a ladder was missing. I called Energy Sheriffs, and I explained that I thought that they had taken the ladder by mistake. I received a call-back from Sal the next day, and he told me that he looked all over, and there was no ladder. In addition, they would have had to tie the ladder on top of their very little car. Sal said that he knew that they did not take the ladder, but he would bring us a new one. He wanted to make sure that his customer is happy. The next day, Sal showed up with an 8' ladder. It was the wrong size, as we already have an 8' ladder. He turned around, went back to the store, and returned with a 6' ladder. Is that customer service, or what? In addition, to being so customer-friendly, he is the sweetest person. I would recommend their service to anyone who needed an evaluation of their home for leaks. I cannot vouch for the dollars saved in my electric bill, as the weather has been extremely cold, and we have used the heat a few times since the service was completed. The moral of this story is to keep you garage door closed at all times. It takes a minute or two for someone to walk into an open garage and take something. Be careful!!!!

Energy Sheriffs were amazing. They were very prompt and very courteous. They were excellent in their workmanship. In addition they really went out of their way to provide the best service. I would without any reservation highly recommend them.

Revision of energy leaks, fix the weather stripping on two doors, adjust one French door to correct leaks. Provide advice on energy usage.

Came inspected, told me they will contact me. Nothing. I am president of my home owners association. We have a preferred vendors list. Your service and theirs will not be on it.

They provided a very reasonable quote, came when scheduled, and did a quality job. The change in our home was worth it (both noise and temperature control). Thanks for the great job and communication.

Sal came out with another guy they were both very lovely and sealed my front door which was included in the Big Deal. After they completed that work I added on another $80.00 dollars of work which included fixed some other air leaks around my home since I was so happy with them. I had the work completed in the summer and to find out exactly where they need to complete the fixes they have to turn off your A/C unit and also run a big fan they bring for a few hours. It was very hot so I would suggest having this kind of work completed in fall or early winter. Everything went very well I would recommend them to others.

At the original visit, they spent over 3 hours inspecting the house/attic.They gave me detailed explanation of what would need to be done and an appointment was set. Very professional and punctual.

They are honest and didn't try and sell me something I didn't and surprised me with the equipment and expertise in their field. I plan on having them come back take care of few items that were discovered during the inspection.

They were great! The two technicians who came were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They took a great deal of time explaining everything to us. They located several minor things that needed to be repaired and made recommendations for other things. We hired them for the work, but it has not been done yet. We enjoyed the technicians so much that we have requested to have them do the work.

The service went really well. They were very nice and very professional. I was pretty happy with what they did. They were very prompt. They pointed out things to us that we were unaware of so that was beneficial. He pointed out that we had insufficient insulation in the house but their quote for that was really high. They were probably very good to do business if you wanted to.

The technicians were nice and professional. They arrived on time and gave detailed explanations on what they would be doing and why. We received a detailed report after their inspection identifying additional problem areas and how to address them. We will be using them again to fix some of the problems. I highly recommend them to all property owners.

They were fantastic. They were out here quickly and early. They took their time to do the inspection. They gave me a written cost on how much it would be to upgrade my insulation. The 2 gentlemen that came, I couldn’t have asked for any better representatives.. They were fantastic. They did an excellent job. They stayed until they got the job done right.

PERFORMED ADDITIONAL ENERGY SEALING BUT COULD NOT WEATHERSTRIP MY HURRICANE DOORS SINCE THEY ARE METAL.

The experience was great from making my appointment over the phone to the actual service performance was EXCELLENT!! They were very professional and tidy throughout the service. I highly recommend this company!
