Not Good. My time was wasted.
Description of Work: I had to spend 30 minutes getting a refund because they could not perform the service. Which probably means they didn't want to do it for $250.

Your assessment is incorrect, you wrote to us saying that your AC had humidity issues, we explained that these must be fixed first by an AC Company. Excessive humidity (from what seems to be a malfunction) can create spores that will be spread in your home when we perform the air loss test with our fan. Furthermore, an air loss test (which is the main activity of the energy inspection), CAN NOT be performed due to high levels of humidity (already concerning you), if we do the whole home air loss test (our fan) could be potentially be spreading more excessive humidity in the entire home. Not performing the test (due to high humidity) is standard nationwide safety practices for energy inspection and (not our capricious rules). We explained these facts in an email to you. Next time, we would suggest for you to call first and explain your situation, we are called often with questions. Also, a phone number was not provided to us in your purchase to call you. Last, the refund time you wasted of 30 minutes is related to Angie’s’ List processes, not ours, as they processed your credit card. Sincerely, Sal Cavalieri

Description of Work: After purchasing Deal, Energy Sheriffs contacted me but I wasn't ready at the time. I then forgot about the deal and contacted in April and was still in time. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with a newly hired employee and a service visit was never scheduled. Although I never used them, follow-up communication with Mr Cavalieri was very professional and courteous and I expect their service would be of the same caliber.

Description of Work: Installed blown in insulation 3400+ square feet to minimum11 inches R30 equivalent. Found and sealed Leakey ducts and connectors sealed all openings in attic from plumbing to electrical points. Around 15 tubes. Replaced 3 door weather striplings that we're leaking. Caulked all existing windows on inside. Installed 14 covers over recessed lights in kitchen, main room, and bathrooms before insulation. Showed up on time and very professional. House feels tight and cooling fantastically. Expecting reduced electric bill.
