They arrived a few minutes early and worked non-stop to get the job done (6+ hours). Their work is neat and professional. They cleaned up everything and left everything better than they found it. I am very impressed with Sal and Luis. They demonstrated a great work ethic. I highly recommend them! I am anxious to start saving $$ on my electric bill!

The audit was performed on one date, the corrective actions estimate reviewed and a date was set for fixes. Crew arrived as scheduled and proceeded to address the issues as identified in the audit. The 2 man crew worked the entire day and addressed all of the issues. The resulting air flow indicators (versus the initial data taken during the audit) showed a 25% improvement in the tightness of the home.

Overall it was a very good experience. Sal was very informative and knowledgable. The before and after readings were quite different. We are in an older home so this was to be expected. It's too soon to tell yet whether our electric bill has been lowered, but we have noticed less of a need to run the AC as cold and often. But it has also gotten cooler in the last month or so. Hopefully we will see a reduction throughout next summer.

The method and technology they used to determine where my home was leaking air was fascinating. They were at my home about 3 hours, they did a very in depth audit and gave me suggestions as to where I could reduce my energy costs. I did contract them to do some of the recommended work. I felt very comfortable with them. They were very professional both in their work and their appearance. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

They were late for the first apppointment and gave me a credit for repairs to compensate for my trouble. The two men were professional and extremely thorough. They did a vacuum test on the whole house and found some significant leaks. I knew about the doors but had no idea that I was losing so much air at my air handlers. They spent almost 4 hours in my home, were professional and neat, and were very low key. They told me what needed to be fixed and how to fix it and also provided the cost to have them make the repair. There was no pressure to buy more services. I highly recommed them.

My wife was home and they looked all around. They left a proposal for me but I thought the price was high.

The sheriffs showed up in a timely and professional manner and were very courteous in their work. They began with sealing my front door and giving me a large folder of information about how my home scores in The Building Performance Institute rating system. This was a bit hard to complete while they were there but that was ok since it could be done later. Also the estimate on work was given up front prior to work beginning. It did take about 3 hours for their services and the front door weather strip seal was not really a good Functional piece since the vinyl strip kept getting locked off as people entered door causing a hazard. Otherwise the service was good.

Excellent. They were friendly helpful and clean. Very thorough and quick to report.

Everything turned out okay. I would probably use them again in the future. I had them do some extra work that took a long time and they ended up leaving much later than I expected. I wish I knew exactly how much longer it would have taken. Overall they did a good job and went out of their way to do things for me.

They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and had the necessary items on the truck to make some of the upgrades they recommended.

I was underwhelmed by this service. Seemed like a fixed template report on energy usage and recommendations that had little value to me. Did not identify the most obvious door leak in my entry doors. I was also expecting a follow up call from the energy auditor to explain the written report but that did not materialize.

The two member team arrived on time, drove a clearly marked company vehicle, had ID, were polite and professional, communicated well, and did an extremely thorough job of pressure testing and sealing the air leaks that were detected. I was given a folder that contains a lengthy home energy survey and a detailed list of energy saving actions to consider taking. Any questions were encouraged. All doors, windows and utility closets were checked, weather stripping was replaced, caulking was applied where needed, and openings around pipes was sealed with foam sealant. An unused dryer hose vent to the outside was sealed, and an explanation was provided as to what to do to unseal the opening if the vent were needed in the future. The ceiling entrance to an attic area revealed an air leak. For a very reasonable additional price, that particular area was weather stripped, insulation was added above the entrance, and caulking was applied around the moulding. Low energy consuming light bulbs were available for purchase. The Sheriffs even went so far as to replace a worn door lock as part of the deal. The team worked for about four hours. A detailed printed report describing the work that was done was provided at the end of the visit. I definitely am a satisfied customer and feel that I got my money's worth from this deal. I highly recommend the Energy Sheriffs.

The person arrived on time and proceeded to check all the areas in the house where there maybe leaks in the a/c, or inefficiencies in the use of energy. He was very courteous and carefully addressed all our concerns. He performed a very cool test where he practically vacuum sealed the house and we were able to determine exactly what areas needed attention. He sealed all windows and doors that needed it, and left us his recommendations to save some money in our electric bill. Our house turned out to be very energy efficient, but we had to call FPL to arrange for the insulation of our attic. That was the one thing that he could not do, but I'm glad he recommended it, and wedid take care of the issue.

Energy Sheriffs performed an energy audit on our home that was professional, clean, and informative. After completion of the audit we were provided a list of recommendations to make the home more energy efficient.

I had had an issue with the door cot sealing properly. That issue no longer exists. The old material around the door frame was removed and new material was more carefully installed that solved the problem that I had been told could not be fixed without removing the door and the frame and reinstalling both. The men cleaned up any messes they made. They were friendly but at the same time very professional. I was given a detailed summary of the work as well as recommendations. I have an expert's opinion to take to the condo manager about the outside caulking since I had already had a concern but had no real basis to express it. Now I have an expert to say I have reason to be concerned. I have a condominium that is medium sized. They spent the full 4 hours working here although I did not have major issues. I feel as though I received a thorough investigation of my energy concerns. And some concerns I didn't know I should have! I feel this was one of the best deals that I could have spent my money on. I truly learned how to save energy dollars and cents in this tight economy. The hints were easy things to do- things that I was able to take care of immediately in some cases or in others I will be able to handle with the purchase of a few items.
