They were very nice, helpful and cordial. I think basically the market was very bad and they kept saying that I had a price for the house right. But you can’t price the house right if the house was your full cake and means losing it all. You are offering it to people in a bargain and you end up with no house. That has been the problem ever since and now that it’s 2014 it has not changed. I have been explaining that to agents. With the inflation rate, what you end up with is not worth your money. I cannot afford the sell the house yet much to my desire. The price is mediocre. They showed up on time which is good but they did not do a lot. They did respond but they are not involve in the selling. They are more on advertising. The timing is poor because of the economic situation.

I think they are very helpful. They will help you out in any way they can to list the property and get the property sold. They do not do any selling for you but they will list the property. They are very curteous and helpful. They will stick with you until you sell the house.
