I bought the garbage disposal still in the box. He found that I needed a new electrical cord & he didn't have one, why not if he has installed 100s as he told me. He said he would pick one up since he new what I needed & would be back the next day. I paid him which I probably should not have because he didn't come back. The following day I called him twice, he never answered and never retuened my calls. So I have a garbage disposal with no electricity which means it doesn't work. Do Not Use This Company which this man Shawn Owns.

This lady is just upset that she has to buy another part and I explained that I had a job around the corner and the part would be in the next day and I would install the cord at that time unfortunately the part for the other job came late that say and I couldn't make out till the next day she said she would be back in 3 days now she writes this when it's only been one day she has been gone I am still going to go and install the cord when she returns I must be a horrible company that is will to return after she writes a review like this
