It’s difficult to express all of my appreciation for the work AAA has performed at my house. I truly feel they are so unique, and such a pleasure to deal with. Their honesty and work ethic is far beyond any company I have worked with over the past many, many years. In 2010, I added a second floor addition to my home. That began the nightmare with rats in my attic. The first company I hired determined that the entry point was the ac /chase that had not been sealed. It was sealed, as well as all vents on my roof. After many, many months this company said the problem was solved. And, when I told them I still heard noises, they dismissed my concerns. I then hired a second company that said the a/c chase was not sealed properly. The a/c chase was sealed with a different material. Again I was told that there was no way rats could access my attic, and the noises I was hearing were either the air conditioner or something else. Problem solved. In December of 2016, I again was hearing noises. I called AAA Critter Trapper and Repair. They found some additional areas where there could be an entry point for critters and sealed everything. After trapping, the rats kept coming. I would frequently call them, and they would immediately come with a great attitude. Never telling me the noises I were hearing were in my imagination. They kept working with me, and finally solved the problem. There was a sewer vent that used to exit through the roof. However, during the addition the roof line was changed and no one extended the vent through the roof. It was an open access for the rats to enter the attic. When I called the plumber to fix the problem, even he could not find this sewer pipe as it was so well hidden in the attic after the new construction. Jason found the problem that no one after six years could find, even after a smoke test. Bobbie Sue is an absolutely gem. A true delight to work with. The only unfortunate thing for me was that they were not in business when this nightmare began. If they had been, I would have been spared six years of total aggravation and unnecessary expense. They are absolutely the best, and so very, very honest. I feel so fortunate that I finally found this company.

Bobbie Sue and Jason assured us if we suspected a critter problem over the year they would come back and address the problem without a charge. It is now three weeks after their last inspection and there have been no problems. My wife and I could not be more pleased by the work they did and highly recommend AAA Critter Trapper & Repair.

If you have problems like I have, suspicious uninvited guest on attic. Call Bobbie and Jason, the couple owner. They identified, explained and fixed the problem. They even went far and beyond helping me on other related things. They are the best.

After removing the rats, he came back the next day and repaired every vent going into my attic (12), and sealed the openings so that they could not return. I was so impressed with these two young people, that I immediately referred them to my next door neighbor, as well as the head of our home owners association who gave their name and number to several of our residents. One of the residents, whom I have never met called me to thank me for the referral, and to tell me how thrilled he was with their service. They are certainly going to be our "go to" company for all future pest problems in this development. Two weeks after that I referred them to my son and daughter-in-law who had just bought a home that had dead rats in their attic. Once again, they came out within hours and removed the dead rats. Like us, they had them come back and fix the vents. As part of their service, they call, and come back to your home, at no additional charge, every week for 3 weeks. They are outstanding in every way. I wish that all business service providers were as honest, reliable, and effective. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just moved to a new house and found unwanted guests, rats in the attic. This company was recommended by a family member who spoke very highly of the service. They arrived quickly and provided a fair estimate answering all my questions. Rat removal was quick and efficient. They also sealed the house/roof so no more critters could enter. They continued to followup over the weeks to make sure there were no rats or other animals in the attic. Always available by phone if I had any questions or concerns. Provided great photographs of their before and after work. I'm thrilled that at the end they cleaned and sanitized the attic. This makes me feel more comfortable stacking supplies/boxes up there. Comes under warranty and they will come back to check if I am concerned about returning critters. This company is very knowledgeable and professional. Perfect service. They offered to come out the same day or next day. Delightful Husband and Wife team arrived promptly at the designated time agreed upon. Removed the opossum, sanitized the area in the attic and secured the place where we suspect the opossum entered the house. They installed a screen and cemented in the area of possible entry. They also climbed onto the roof to check for other possible opening into the attic. I plan to hire them to repair 14 screens over my soffit vents this fall.

I called and was able to get a next day appointment. I told them I thought I had rats in attic and I had been hearing scratching sounds. I had another company give me an estimate for $1,200, and said I had a rat infestation, needed to replace insulation, needed cleaning and sanitizing and had several openings. I'm so glad I followed my gut that something wasn't right. The guy was very pushy and told me I had to get the work done. Bobbie Sue and Jason showed up on time, and were very friendly. Jason checked the attic, including where I had been hearing scratching. He said there was no evidence of rats and most likely was a curly tail lizard. He found 6 openings and sealed them for me so I won't have critters in the future, as well as set traps in case the lizards are still up there. He was even nice enough to help me with a small handyman project. He could have told me there were rats and overcharged me like the last guy. I knew when he said there was no evidence of rats he was being honest and wasn't out to make money being dishonest at my expensive. I will be referring them to friends if needed, and will also warn to avoid the other dishonest company who was overcharging me for work that didn't need to be done.

Jason and Bobbie Sue were more than accommodating when we discovered that we had a rat in our home. They showed up on time and were very professional. The first day at our home they sealed up all openings to the house that they could find and then they set numbers traps in our kitchen and attic. Besides being very professional, their two of the nicest people that you will meet. In the days thereafter, they stayed in touch with us regularly and came by the house to attend to the rats that were trapped. We couldn't be happier with our experience and we recommend them very highly.

When a friend recommended this company I was skeptical from past experiences with other companies but I could not be any more satisfied than I am with AAA Critter Trapper and Repair. As soon as they arrived, I immediatley felt that my problem wiould soon be over. Not only are they professional but they also explained the situation to me. Honesty and excellent work ethics are hard to come by so I was so pleased to finally find a company that knew what they were doing and they got the job done. They returned to my home to check everything and make sure that I no longer had an issue and that everything was sealed. I have not had a problem since they did their magic. Have always found Angie's List to be a great source in locating quality vendors. AAA Critter Trappers was no exception. Bobbie Sue and Jason (the owners) were prompt in answering my phone call and responding to my home. I've had numerous raccoon tracks in the patio and pool area even though I have no trash or garbage anywhere. This is not the first time I've had this problem during the year. I like dealing with local companies which AAA Critter Trapper and Repair is. It's been my experience that local companies are very dependable and easy to deal with. Based on what Bobbie Sue and Jason observed they said that 3 traps would do the trick and would probably catch at least one raccoon by the next morning. They were correct and arrived within 1 hour after I called them the following morning. I have a few more days left on my week's agreement and am confident we will catch any "others" that happen to visit the property. Will definitely use this company again since my backyard faces a mangrove and woods. Glad I found AAA on Angie's List.
