My advice...find a different company for Well Installation. Signed a contract in June and was scheduled for 1st week of September...It's now November and each week I am told I'm the next Person on the scheduling list. Poor communication with office staff the entire time. Doesn't return calls but always says she is going to. Worst experience with a Well Company I have had in 30 years. Horrible!!!!

They did a great job. The bill was fine. Everything worked fine.

They said they couldn't give an estimate of cost until they pulled up the old well pipe; They made three apointments to do the work, finally showed up (late) for the 3rd appointment. They made the reasonable request that I tear down the old pump house so they could have access to the well. After this was done they did the work and it operated properly. They didn't provide a list of parts used, and no guarantee...either from their company or from any of the component providers. We then had a problem with brown, rusty looking stains in the fixtures that had not breen present before they did the work. We did some testing for iron, and it was determined that the problem was not iron but bacteria. I called them about it, and they said the problem was difficult to treat, and they would be out the next day to check. No show. Called again, made appointment for following day...again no show. Called a third time, was told there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll give somebody else a chance, 'cause these folks don't impress me!
