My work was rescheduled from Friday to Monday, the logs were not removed on the day of work as promised..yet the next day, and the lawn was left rutted and damaged....and following many phone calls, no resolution was reached even though promises were made....it is now over a week without a follow-up call! I will not use their services again nor recommend to my neighbors based upon the lack of customer interface and job incompletion!

I was very disappointed! A job that I expected to take place in a day, took three days. The person who came out to make the estimate was very ice and professional. He came out on Tuesday and mentioned that they would be out either Thursday, Friday or Saturday to which I responded no problem. Days passed and on the following Monday I called them just to find out that they were not sure when they were coming out. Finally on Monday afternoon I received a call back to let me know they would be by on Tuesday. They came cut the palm tree, trimmed my other palm tree and pretended to remove a stump I had in the front of my home. They left leaving the palm pieces in my backyard,did not remove the stump and the stump in the front of the house was still there. I had to continue calling them to find out when they were coming to grind the stumps and remove the pieces of palm from my backyard. On Tuesday they came to grind one of the stumps,never did the front,pieces were still there. It wasn't till Thursday when the pices were removed and by then my grass was destroyed. On top of this the gentleman removing the pieces also messed up my front lawn. As you can see I was not pleased at all with this company and I would not recommend it to none. VERY DISAPPOINTED, Fran

I called back too have some extra work done. They came the next morning and completed it in about an hour. Very professional, courteous, always asking for how I wanted it done if they had a problem. Hire them again in a heart beat.

Awesome crew! One man came out first to see exactly what I needed, gave me a great price & then he proceeded to put yellow markers on the trees coming down.I had them take out 4 big trees & remove (grind) the stumps, plus an extra stump that was already there. I figured it would take a few hours, NOT! By the time I went to get my phone to record them, they were on the 3rd tree. I'd say from start to finish it took less than 1 hour. They were all super nice & cleaned up everything! They said someone else would be out to do rhe stumps & he showed up a few days later. No mess was left in the yard & I will be calling them again to do more trees on my back & side lot line to do a clean up. They also will drop off 14 yards of mulch FREE, when you request it & they are in your area. A great company, with great prices!

Crews showed up as scheduled, worked hard all day, cleaned everything up and made sure we were satisfied with the results and all at a fair price.
