Don't Pay these Guys till the Job is Done. Hired this company after Hurricane Irma, had 3 trees to work with on a vacant lot. Received estimate of $450.00 on site, but changed to $1,250.00. Paid them but it took a month to show up, did about 10% of the work. Neighbors called Hernando County who came out and finished cutting up the tree falling on the road. Third tree is still leaning toward neighbors house. Emailed pictures and spoke to Karen several times, but never completed the job. Very bad communication within the company! I won't use them again!

They did a great job and hauled everything as well as cleaned up. The crew was very professional and always asked for us to come out and look to verify we were getting it done the way we wanted. There were 5 very large trees on neighbors property right by property line. Most of it was hanging over our roof. Great job, would definitely recommend.

I called them to grind/remove a tree stump. I informed the employee that after he was finished, I would pay him by check. I went inside, and after a couple of hours realized it was very quiet outside. He was gone along with his equipment. He did grind the stump, but left a huge mess behind. After waiting a couple of hours to see if he would return (I thought he may have gone to lunch), I called the company to find out where he went. They didn't know either. I had to inform them that the worker never told me he was finished, he just disappeared and never asked for payment. I also asked if he was going to return and take the pile he left behind. I was told 'no', that I should just spread it out and push it into the ground. They then asked for my credit card information for payment. I would not recommend them.

Very pleased with this company, they were fast and efficient. They did everything that was included on the estimate. I was happy that they had an entire crew to perform the work. The only thing I would have been happier about is if they would have included the stump grinding in the price. Overall very pleased and highly recommend. Just be sure to tell them everything up front because I forgot about the stump grinding or perhaps I could have negotiated it in the price. They were very quick to send out the stump grinder the following day and all is cleaned up nicely.

The person who gave quote never returned to see if I was satisfied. I had to tell the workers what I wanted done every time they came out it was like the guy who gave the quote never explained to them what we agreed upon. One of crews that came out didn't want to do the work because they didn't start the work to begin with workers had bad attitudes toward me like it was my fault, I had to send them on their way after arguing for twenty minutes. No customer service at all. Had a limb fall on one of my outdoor sheds, left dents in the roofing never was told about the incident. Bad experience all the way around. Beware!
