+ -1 moreWithin hours of contacting this company on a weekend, Scott called me. He asked for some photos, and I replied quickly. Scott took over 20 minutes on the phone to simply educate me about the condition of the condo's cement slabs. He gave me prudent advice for dealing with with the Condo Association/Board. He quoted me a very reasonable price for an onsite inspection and written report - which he would do himself. He reassured me my condo would not suffer the fate of Surfside, as long as the Condo Board acts in a reasonable amount of time, and the job is remediated to code. None of the other vendors even bothered to contact me. Scott deserves your trust. He is honest, fair, professional and obviously well educated in his field. Scott is "Old School" and treats folks by following the "Golden Rule". I hope Scott and his company gets many more glowing recommendations - it sure is well deserved. Thank you for reading this.
