Keith Melady Roofing

~Prompt and professional ~ In my few years of homeownership, I’d never needed to call a roofer before… until I got a roof leak. I dreaded having to call one, having heard stories of roofers being expensive and too busy to show up or call back. So after two times on the roof and three into the attic to try to identify the source of the leak… I decided I definitely am not cut out for the roofing business, and am so glad I called Keith Melady Roofing. Keith arrived in about an hour, and the job only took him about ten minutes! And that was with the add-on missing shingle he fixed, too! Next time I have any trouble with my roof, I’ll save myself the hassle and call Keith Melady right away - and I recommend you do the same.

Keith arrived as scheduled.....spent quite a bit of time looking at our problem and then honestly informed us that there with nothing wrong with our roof! The leak was coming from our AC system that was not correctly draining. He showed us how to remedy the problem .....and that was that. He could very easily have told us that we did indeed have a roofing problem and gone ahead and "fixed" it. We are so grateful for his honesty and if we ever do need roofing services we will definitely call him.

Started on a Monday , the job started ok with 3 guys on the roof after that there where only 2 . Our biggest complaint was it took 9 days to do the job .I had to leave for a trip and had to leave my wife alone with these guys There was little or no communication with Keith M . ( owner ) or Sears ( the provider ) Wrong material was ordered ( sky lights ) not enough wood to replace all boards needed ( we provided 4 we had ourselves ) also provided 2x4 and 1x4 s that where not ordered enough .The wood under the dripedge was only parteially replaced I did the rest myself .Clean up was done badly and I even had a roofing nail in my foot Also after 2 weeks I had to get them back for a leaking Skylight . Sears who was the main provider ( we paid them ) was just plain horrible in working with us and just was not responding to any of our complaints . NEVER EVER WILL WE USE SEARS FOR ANYTHING HOME INPROVEMENT AGAIN
