Description of Work: He has worked for me several times. He was willing to go shop for and buy the supplies and items needed to complete tasks. He works efficiently and accomplished a lot quickly. He arrives on time and is an independent worker. Doesn't need prompting. Will definitely hire again. He replaced a glass closet door, drywall repair and painting, power washing, light bulbs that are hard to reach, repaired greenhouse door.

The customer purchased a store front 4hr deal, ( without any discussion with me prior) so must of been fine with the price, but customer purchased it specifically to repaint the master bath, (a very large master bath by the way) I did complete the project in the 4hr time frame, even though customer had nothing prepared ahead of time. Customer did not secure her dogs and allowed very large dogs to run in and out of the bathroom while I was trying to work, there was no door to shut to keep them out. Customer also cancelled our appointment on 4 separate occasions with little to no notice not allowing time to replace with another customer. With all that said , I did a quality job, I was on time, in fact I was a few minutes early, I responded to every phone call promptly and I was completely professional. So I don't agree with the "C" rating, but thank you for the review.

Description of Work: He did a lot of honestly different things at my moms house. Did a great job and was very precise with his work. The only complaint is he is very slow with the jobs and the hours went over the time allowed and had to pay some extra. The job is done great, just a little slow.

The rooms look great. The previous paint was a dark color and I had him paint the rooms a much lighter color. He also did an excellent job with painting the trim and repairing the hole in the wall. I plan to continue to use this company for other projects.

Lloyd was right on time, professional and very friendly. He went over the estimate which I thought was very fair and he was able to start right away. I'm very happy with his work. A great referral and I plan to use his service again.
