I was not pleased with them. My experience was awful. I have actually challenged this. They quoted me a price and were supposed to send me 7 pallets and they only sent me 4. They refused to send me the others. I had to go around to my credit card company to get it straightened it out. It's really hard because credit companies generally always go with the vendor. The guy that came to deliver the turf damaged my driveway. His truck battery was dead. We had to go around and get somebody in the neighborhood to come and jump-start his tractor that he used to move the sod around. He unloaded that and he damaged my driveway. The pallet is pretty heavy and he used a lift jack and he put it down really hard and I told the company about it. This was shipped from pretty far south in Florida. During the drive up here, they didn't cover the sod, so it was flying everywhere and losing dirt. When I looked at it, it was minus about half of the dirt which went with the sod which meant our whole lawn was very uneven. I went to them because they had a particular sod that I wanted. Apparently they don't really come up to Jacksonville, but because they had this particular sod they did. Now they don't have it any more so they are not coming back to Jacksonville. They don't really care if anybody in Jacksonville is unhappy about it. I should have gotten 7 pallets for the price I paid. I got 4 pallets which is almost twice as much less than I should have. They are refusing to deal with me to adjust it so I have had to go through my credit card company. They gypped me out of the turf. They had wooden pallets which were pieces of wood with some spaces in between and all of the soil just blew away so I got a slighted lawn. They won't respond. I have had to challenge them on a credit card basis. Their punctuality was good. They were really fast when they were taking my money. I would absolutely not use them in the future and I would urge other people not to too.
