 + -1 moreWhat I liked the most is that I was very particular about the color I wanted, and they made three different trips to the paint shop to get samples, and they were very patient about it the whole time. They cleaned up well, and they did not do a sloppy job.
Description of Work: They came out and painted the entire exterior of our home.

 + -1 moreI have another contractor who estimated another 3000 to fix this damage. There are walls that aren't completed and the original is still visible. They ignored my emails and phone calls until I really applied pressure. I have to replace the entire wood frame of my kitchen. They painted over my lights, and there's paint on my brand new carpet. The bathroom ceilings are ruined. Now that they know they're in trouble, they want to come back out. Absolutely not. After the lien on my house, asking if I was married and the cost of the house, ruining my house, and affecting my credit rating, I intend to enforce every legal option I have. I've got pictures and witnesses, and neighbors couldn't believe it. I had to cancel the housewarming party, because of this company. I'm reporting them to everyone I can.
Description of Work: I hired them to paint the interior walls and ceiling of my new home. They were inappropriate with me from the start, calling me "Honey" and "Sweetie" and asking if I lived alone. They ruined my kitchen's wood trim and then lied about it. They tore my Douglas blinds in my bedroom. Nicole, the co-owner, verbally assaulted me in emails. They inappropriately charged my Visa, which I specifically asked them not to do. They used flat paint instead of semi-gloss, which I specifically requested, so everything scratches and marks everywhere. There are numerous areas that need to be redone. The owner, Patrick, argued with me the entire time and did not finish the job. They put a fraudulent lien on my house out of spite, because I'm attempting to charge back the Visa. Areas of every room in my house are ruined.

 + 2 morePATRICK'S COMPANY DOES A VERY GOOD JOB AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND EASY TO WORK WITH. PAT'S FOLLOW-UP IS EXCELLENT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM WAS THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AS WELL AS THEY SHOULD HAVE IN 2 AREAS. ONE WAS OLD PAINT FROM THE FRONT PORCH AND THE OTHER WAS IN THE BATHROOM WHERE PLASTER WAS BEING MADE FOR PATCHING HOLES. PAT WAS NOT AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND SENT SOMEONE OUT TO CORRECT IT WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO HIS ATTENTION. BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE JOB AND AMOUNT OF WORK THIS COMPANY DID, OVERALL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: PAINT INTERIOR (APPROX 3000 SQ. FT), ADD TILE BACKSPLASH IN KITCHEN, PAINT FRONT PORCH, STAIN GARAGE FLOOR, PAINT GARAGE WALLS AND TRIM. ALSO, PATCHED APPROX. 40 HOLES DUE TO ELECTRICAL REWIRING WORK PREVIOUSLY DONE.
