These guys got the job done quickly and efficiently. My yard was constantly flooded and mucky on the side of the house. They installed a French drain system for me and poof the muck is gone. They did an amazing job cleaning up as well. Smooth process, will use again to install irrigation and resod!

Recently used Brewer Landscape and Irrigation to grade my property back in March of 2022. I was quoted $200 an hour for around 10-12 hours of work. I paid Mr. Brewer $2000 and he and his partner showed up for about 4 hours. Everything looked fine at the time so I was not concerned about the cost as I just put it as the cost of grading and his expertise and tools. However, we quickly noticed there were quite a few low spots still on the property and holding water. I contacted them in which they stated for about 3-4 months they would be back out the following week to fix it (never showed). Now last week I finally sent a message explaining how reasonable I have been waiting to get this fixed (as now our grass has all grown in) in which he thanked me for being patient and stated if he was not out today (Friday, July 15th) I would have a refund sent. I had never requested a refund, just wanted the low spots fixed. The next day Mr. Brewer blocked my number and needless to say, has not shown up or reached back out. I would not recommend this company to use for anything. They have no standards, no pride nor do they have a good work ethic. If anyone thinks about using this company feel free to message me, I have screenshots of all the messages of him stating he would be back out and thanking me for being patient, just to be taken advantage of

They replaced the sod in the backyard and new plants in the front flowerbed and replaced the mulch alll around the house. It looks amazing.

I was surprised when I called and was able to meet the same day. After agreeing on services, they arrived on time, explained every bit of what they are doing, and it was all done in a great matter. Even with concerns, it was handled with care and understanding.

It was a delight working with Brewer Landscape and Irrigation. They let you know what was going on. Were very considerate of the customer. Did great work.

Resodded Bahia Grass front yard due to weed infestation. Professional, great communication, work and process was explained in detail. Addressed any concerns and provided reassurance. Gave advice on future maintenance and upkeep of lawn. Lowest quoted and fair.

Brewer is excellent at communicating with his customers. Youâ re never left with doubt when the project will begin or how each phase will go. And after the project was complete he provided follow up to answer any questions we had. The sod provided was also high quality with rich soil and is taking nicely. We will be hiring him for future projects.
