East Side Tile and Marble did an amazing job installing new tile floors throughout our house and remodeling our guest bathroom. Johnny and Marcos took care of everything; from demo of the old bath tile, removal of the carpet, testing our floors for humidity, creating a shower niche, and final installation. They even took the time to custom cut a "wave" pattern for a glass tile that we had picked out. Spectacular! They came on-time everyday and always kept us in the loop on what was happening. We felt completely comfortable with them working at the house, whether we were there or not. Their attention to detail is what makes them stand out from everyone else. They even went as far as using painter's tape to get clean caulking lines. At the end of every day, they cleaned up and left their materials neatly stored in the garage. Everything went according to plan! Highly recommend.

Everything went as planned! I hired Johnny Yeats because of his likable personality and for being locally owned and operated. There was no games, no begging him to show up, no funny business. He got my tile backsplash up within the time promised all cleaned up and completed within the price I was estimated up front. I would hire Johnny again in a heartbeat and so should you!

Johnny did an amazing job of changing an ordinary shower stall into an enlarged roll in shower. I am in a wheelchair and had difficulty maneuvering in the small shower and getting over the shower curb. I no longer have to be concerned about falling getting into or out of my new shower. I roll right in and roll right out. He took extra time to make sure all of my special needs were met. He is a joy to work with. Always he was always on time and careful in his work and so clean! He left my house neat at the end of the day. Others have done work in the past and left at the end of the day dirty, dusty and tools everywhere. Not Johnny! He helped me pick out such great color combinations and affordable tile choices. He is a true gentleman. I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom and would recommend East Side Tile & Marble over and over again! You will not go wrong with Johnny on your job.

He & his team were gracious, reasonable, & HONEST. Incredible work ethic, took extreme efforts for accuracy, promptly returned calls & texts! (Something I have NOT experienced in my 39 yrs in FL) They kept their word every step of the way. My wife & I are retired & neither of us can recommend Johnny Yeats & his team more highly! They made us feel like family. He even helped me with other projects on his off time! I’ve had many tile men do jobs for me over the years that did a good job BUT overall I’d generally give them a 7 or 8 out of 10. In every area I mentioned above, I’d give Johnny an 11-12 out of 10. If you meet him, you’ll see what I mean. He’ll treat you honorably! (Even called me long after the job was over, “just to check on you finishing your other projects to see how you’re doing?”) Question: Has ANY contractor you’ve ever used before EVER done that?!) I rest my case!

Johnny and his team did an amazing job on our floors. They picked up the wood from the supplier, removed the carpet, moved all the furniture, built out two sets of stairs and put down the new hardwood flooring. The BEST part about it was that they did it all while we were away on vacation. It takes a lot to trust a contractor to take care of your residence while you are away and to hope that they don’t run into any problems but Johnny is so professional and we trusted him with the job. It turned out great and I would hire him and his team again and definitely would recommend him for other jobs.

The owner responded quickly to our initial inquiry and gave us a quote quickly as well. The installers were polite and punctual, very professional. Everything went very smoothly and the tile looks great!
