 + -1 moreThe individual came to our home to give us a free estimate for plantation shutters. She was nice and went through all the different options that she had, and recommended shutters for us. She never gave us a written estimate, told us that if we paid with a check that it would be cheaper than a credit card, and said that she would send us the estimate by email. She was also going to send a copy of the warranty for the shutters. Five days later I called her cell phone and left a message asking her to send us the information that we requested. We never heard from her again.
