The worker neglected to place one of my armoires in one of the bedrooms, the workers placed in the armoire in the garage. I received a follow up phone call and explained to the rep the workers neglected to place one of my furniture pieces in an existing bedroom, this rep stated to me the workers will be calling me to confirm date and time to come out to my new residence to relocate the furniture piece, they never returned the call to set date and time and they never returned to relocate my furniture piece they casually placed in the garage without my knowledge. I will not refer this company at all.

did and estimate then canceleed the dat before and reffered me to nother mover who charged double and then some but at least got it done. not sure if they underestimated or just were pulling a scam and are coonected to the other mover but either way bad service and if they under estimated should have just owned up to it

Due to overbooking we were unable to get to this job and made a recommendation of a company we were familiar with in the area. In no way, shape, or form are we affiliated with another moving company or run any sort of scam and after our discussion it's certain you know that too. Cancelling jobs is never common practice here at White Glove, we apologize for the inconvenience; we hope to be able to make it up to you in the future and earn a better grade as a result.

They sent about 5 people who completed the move for us very quickly. They were respectful of our belongings and made us aware of damage that was caused to an older table. The gentleman who put the estimate together for us was very professional, efficient and friendly. We had received a couple bids and White Glove was the best in price. They have a nice facility and you can store items there. I have recommended their services to others.

They showed up with a lot of people and completed the move in a timely manner. They did pack some of the items such as lamps etc.. There was one table they damaged in storage but they did repair this. Their prices are little on the high side but well worth. They couldn't have been a better company.
