WHITE GLOVE, MOVING, STORAGE & DELIVERY

They arrived at our house at the scheduled time and worked diligently until the job was completed. They were pleasant enough and as far as we could tell broke nothing. But they were less than perfect. They refused to take with them the cardboard, paper, blankets and related material used to protect the furniture en route, leaving to us to find a dump yard and transport these materials to it. While they took items to their designated rooms, they tended to just to drop them rather than site them where they were best located. They had originally said they'd send three workers over, they only sent two. Didn't matter much, except for one item. I brought a large motorcycle with me (which they knew about in advance), but they had trouble controlling it and they nearly let it fall off the ramp. It didn't, but the third man would have been useful in handling that heavy cycle.. They charged for the time expended in driving to our new house from their office, and that charge seemed a little steep to me. But all in all, these were relatively minor issues, and I'd use them again if an occasion warranted.

The estimation process was well executed with the person arriving on time to review our move details etc., provide us with an estimate, and follow up repeatedly to ensure that everything went according to a plan. The movers/packers were very punctual, completed their work in a timely manner, and handled the entire process in a very professional manner. The unloaded our belongings in our new home and set up items as needed in a very efficient manner. We would recommend the moving company and the particular individuals who handled the actual move if you are looking for a very well executed packing and moving experience with no issues. This was a job done very well.

Terry and team had a LOT of work on their hands with me. I'm extremely disorganized and they were there to both pack and move. With a three man team each day, they carefully packed everything I had on Monday, then moved me into the new home on Tuesday. They took care of my things and made certain to ask me questions along the way. They were pleasant, QUICK, and great to have around. They even put up with my sometimes barking miniature bull-terrier. PROS 1. The fee was less than quoted (always a good thing) 2. I had them working HOURLY and they finished two hours quicker than they had told me 3. They treated my possessions as if they were precious...right down to the spatula in the kitchen 4. The welcome to your new home surprise tote was appreciated 5. They made certain to ask which room I wanted things in at the NEW house 6. Not only did they reassemble everything at the new home, but they put up with my "do you mind moving it to see if it would look better....etc." CONS That I hadn't hired them on my last moves.

All went very well and without incident

The movers were very good. The problem was with the storage. Our cartons were crushed even those clearly marked fragile and glass. Pictures frames were shattered, glasses broken, our 42" TV screen was fractured which we didn't realize until days after delivery. Several pieces of furniture were severely scratched. We found evidence of rodent activity in cartons. We did receive compensation for the broken TV. We would never recommend this company.

They were right on time. Disassembled all of the beds and other pieces that needed to be broken down. Boxed the TV's and the Mattresses and wrapped the 2 big china cabinets. We had already moved all other boxed items ourselves. They loaded all of the items on the truck (2000 sq ft house) and were done by noon. We were moving from Port St Lucie, Fl to a Condo on the 2nd flr in Indian River Shores on North Hutchinson Is. They got to the Condo early afternoon and had to use the service entrancement to get to the elevator and a few big pieces didn't fit and they had to lung them from the under ground garage to the 2nd floor. They were done before 4 in the afternoon with everything re-assembled and in working order. The premium cost was well worth the premium Job.

Was originally attracted by the company's price compared to competitors and the fact that they worked by volume and not weight since we had much home gym equipment as part of our move. But we were more than pleased with the company's service, from packing up our belongings, to storing them for free for two months until we purchased our new home, and delivering them. This was an excellent value in both price and service. Very happy.

Super people with great attitude very professional. Everything was on time with No problems. Best move we have ever had!

Very professional, outstanding service and performance. For such a long move we had absolutely nothing broken or damaged. Came back and picked up empty boxes as we completed our move in and through the whole process was very responsive. We did have a call regarding a partial refund from the national carrier, but never heard anymore about it after inquiring, so dropped it, based on level of service.

Everyone I dealt with at White Glove was SO nice! I sent an inquiry for a price estimate on Saturday afternoon, they called me on Monday morning, and the job was completely finished by 2:45 pm on Tuesday. I will absolutely recommend White Glove to anyone I know! :)

I have used this vendor twice in the last few months and I waited to the second move to write my review. The first move was from Tampa to Vero Beach and the second was internal in Vero Beach. The move was a big house with 4 rooms. I have moved several times in my lifetime and I have used several companies and in general I had pretty fair experiences in the past (I do a lot research before I hire a company). I am usually very busy to write reviews but this time I needed to give me some time to write a review about White Glove. First I will summarize the service: AWESOME! - They came promptly to do the estimate - The cost was very reasonable. Note the total price was exactly as the estimate. - The movers came exactly at the time agreed. They were extremely nice and professional and were very responsive to ALL requests. The excellent quality of service takes away a lot of the stress of the moving. - They arrived to the new location at the exact agreed time. - I have moved many times and there are always a few issues in all moves including here, but the company was 100% responsive and resolved the small issues at my complete satisfaction. Again my comments are valid for the 2 moves. I would sincerely recommend this company to everybody. I would use them all the time. It was refreshing in present times to deal with a such a good company.

The movers were very punctual and professional, working quickly and efficiently. There was some damage to a few items of furniture but that's to be expected during a move. Overall, I was quite satisfied and have recommended White Glove to a few friends planning moves over the coming months.

They did all the packing and loading and then unloading at my new home. The only issue was they were a little unorganized when delivering the boxes but other then that it was great!

They were on time, dressed professionally, introduced themselves (4 in the crew), and proceeded to pack as I had directed them. They were very respectful of my belongings, furniture, and me. Although they were extremely efficient, the crew did not rush to end the job. They were very careful and allowed me time to direct the boxes' and furnishings' locations. The next time I need to relocate, I would definitely call on White Glove for dependable service.

On time, efficient, came in under estimated cost, clean, and pleasant workers.

They are one of the Best Moving Companies that I have ever used. Being Military ( now retired ) we have moved around a lot. They were reliable, considerate, careful and respectful. You could tell that they really cared :-) Cannot go wrong with this company . AAA +

They were on time. Six employees new what the were doing and worked well together. It went very well with a minor exception. They failed to load two items which which after some discussion they handled to our satisfaction. Of course the final assessment will be after they deliver our belongings to our new home on 10/05/2013
