The weather was not very accomodating with huge rain that caused an issue with the installation date, but Mr Vega once again made a plan and had some help with getting the pieces here. The installation process and clean up was seemless. The tables are used daily and are holding up perfectly.

He is very reliable, and his work is excellent. The pricing is very reasonable for the work completed. He called when he was suppose to, came on time, and kept us informed. We are in Illinois, and he kept us in the loop as he finished projects up. I would definitely recommend him. He also found ways to complete the job in an economical way so that he made money, and we weren't overcharged.

He is great for his follow up. He is professional. He is a genuinely caring person who listens well to what your needs are. I think that was what have impressed me. He did not do what he feels only what needed to be done, he listened to what I needed for that space to be useful. He was easy with his time. He was good.

Overall, we had a good experience. Fernando returned every phone call and came to the house when he said he would. We are thrilled with the piece and the price couldn't be beat. The only negatives are that the part of the computer desk that slides out for the keyboard didn't actually slide out once the keyboard was placed on it, and there was not a hole drilled in one of the cabinets, as we wanted, to run electrical wires through.

It went very well. Mr. Vega is a very personable man, polite, responsive, returns phone calls and finished the job ahead of the deadline. He is very caring and does high quality work. The only problem was that on the first day of work, he did not cover the kitchen floor as promised. There were a few times when punctuality was a problem, but in a large metro area, traffic issues can't be helped. Also, though the cabinets and handles are wonderful and we are totally pleased, we were disappointed in that a little shelf that was in the kitchen between the stove and fridge previously could not be replicated. He does excellent cabinetry. We would not want this to deter others from using this vendor, but they should think of the big picture themselves. Addendum Dec 2010: I am very pleased that Mr. Vega responded immediately to repair the drawer free of charge.

Mr. Vega was punctual, explained cost,the process, measure and remeasured, making sure of every detail. He went out of his way to get the products that where important to us especially the granite and kitchen pull out units that I wanted so badly and again that the other companies said that they couldn't get. He kept us informed of when he was coming to do the work and what it entailed. Went extremely and was finished on time as promised.

Went great. He came, he measured, he installed. Plus: he's a nice guy.

Everything was fine and I was very happy with what they did. They were very slow and that was the only complaint. The pricing was good and the quality was great. I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Vega came to my home and gave me an estimate. I immediately told him that I wanted him to replace my countertops because his price was much lower than the estimate I received from the home improvement store ($1,400). His original price was $900.00 to replace my countertops. Then, as he inspected my countertops, he informed me that they were made of a very good wood, and there is no need to replace the countertop. Therefore, he said that he could resurface them for $800.00. The finished product is beautiful.
