In addition, we're a 5 Star Elite Generac Dealer with factory trained technicians and electricians qualified on all Generac and other brand products. USGenerator is the sole provider for the Typhoon DX series diesel generators, a Civil Defense grade unit with self-contained fuel tank for financial institutions, health care facilities, emergency command posts, or any application where loss of power would be crucial or costly.

With hurricane Dorian bearing down on us and our generator inop, Joe Terrano from US Generator came out early on Saturday morning, repaired the generator, checked it over and got it fully operational. Even though we were not an existing customer, they made the extra effort to come out and fix our problem despite a great workload due to the approaching storm. We are now signed up with them for bi-annual service calls. I very highly recommend US Generator.
