Description of Work: Maintenance. Did not come as scheduled. I live in a hoa community and the service was for the back yard which is not serviced by the hoa. Would not leave notices and then would get charged for services for which I had no proof had actually been done. Afterwards a nightmare to correct the billing and stop the service.

Description of Work: Service was good, lawn always looked good. Number of annual treatments was increased without my request and they called the house a couple of times a month always trying to sell additional services after repeatedly being asked to not call.

Description of Work: Used this service a few years ago and they were just average. They did not keep the lawn green as their name says. I started doing my own fertilizing for a few years and got the lawn nicely green. Now I use Slug A Bug and they are good. My neighbor uses Tru-Green and wants to switch.
