Sundial Window Tinting - 3M Films

Unit installed on car with 16 miles. Unit taken out imediately before car was driven. Paid $428- & car would not start!!!. Had to be towed.. Sporadically, car won't start. Needs to be started with a paper clip in starter relay switch. Towed it back to Sundial, gave same response. They ruined my new car & refuse to accept responsibility !!!!

It was done in a very professional manner. This was my 4th car tinted by Sundial.

We interviewed the owner of the business and decided to use his services once we determined price and prior experience placing window tinting in motorcoaches. The two guys who came out to install window tinting on our large commercial bus took the entire day, mostly spent on the front two large windows. Apparently, once the windows get hot it's more difficult to install tinting but they knew they would be working indoor/outdoor before install. The experience was painful to watch but once the work was finished, we called immediately after they left to let them know the work was not satisfactory as there were bubbles and wrinkling in the front large windows and a few windows in the living, kitchen and bedroom areas. We rescheduled but due to storms it took about a month to return. They could not "fix" the issue on the large front windows because the windows were too hot for the film and they suggested we go to their facility 60 miles away to get it reapplied. We told them it was better for our schedule to just have them come back but it was not at our convenience. They needed a cloudy day and because of a child needing to get to school by the installer, they couldn't come early and complete the work. They suggested we just go to their location. We acquiesced and unplugged our coach and took all plumbing off , stored hoses, furniture and everything it takes to leave an RV site to drive the 60 miles. We inched our way up to their high bay , which wasn't high enough for the coach or windows to fit into to keep the windows from getting hot. There was sunshine all over the windows but seemingly they were able to work! We arrived shortly after our appointment and after 90 minutes they were still measuring and trying to fit the window tinting from the outside windows prior to installing them inside. After 2.5 hours we were told the work cannot be done as our motorcoach windows were curved and all the windows on previous motor homes were flat so they cancelled the work and reimbursed us for two windows. The owner was apologetic and paid $50 for our diesel expense.

Made my appointment several weeks in advance for December 23rd, 1st day of my vacation. I was to have the windows of my 2014 Ford Fusion tinted and then leave the next day to visit family for the holidays. They called me that morning to reschedule because the one and only tech called off. I was going to be on my vacation for the rescheduled (day after Christmas) appointment and the next available was too far off. I used another company, On-Site Window Tinting instead.

Installed window tinting. Super!
