+ -1 morePete showed up right on time!! He measured the rooms and told me the price. I was very happy with it. Then he did a demo on the kitchen tile. Couldn't believe my eyes!! Looked fantastic!! He said if I wanted the rest done he could actually do it right then. I said go right ahead!! I can not tell you how beautiful the floors looked after he was done. I have had tile cleaned before but nothing like this product. Pete was professional and explained the process. We had just bought this home and I really thought that we might have to replace the tile. The grout was very, very dirty. Now it looks beautiful. So happy I found Pete on Angie's List!!

+ 1 moreI found a flyer for this new Company and since scrubbing my tile grout was on my to do list, I called. Pete was immediately responsive, explained the cleaning process he uses, and answered questions I did not know I had. We set up the appointment, and he and assistant Mike arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule. We toured the house, and he again explained the process, what he could and could not do. The results were far better than I expected, and I am completely pleased. Both men were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, neat and clean. It goes without saying that they left my house MUCH cleaner than they found it - no damage, no "ooops." I did move out all the small and/or breakable stuff ahead of time, that is just common sense. The big stuff they moved, or worked around, after asking me my preference. I did not take photos, but go to the Company Facebook page for lots of before and afters - I assure they are accurate. That is actually where I got the idea to have him do my shower. I found the price to be affordable, and certainly fair. I did not shop around - I felt fairly confident from talking to Pete on the phone, and he did not disappoint. I will be calling him again soon to clean my covered patio - tile and concrete.
Description of Work: Pete and Mike cleaned 650 SF of heavily trafficked ceramic tile flooring, 2 rooms of light beige carpet (office and bedroom), and a shower (walls and floor).
