Description of Work: One of our two AC units failed. I got (3) bids and Smith Heating and Air impressed me-from the sales person to the office staff they are the best. Professional and reliable. In fact the other AC unit failed on a Saturday morning after a thunderstorm, the technician was here 90 minutes later. They verified the unit was still under warranty (they did not install it), got the part the following Monday. I just love this company.
