They didn't know what they were doing and charged me for not knowing how to do the job. If they didn't know how to do it, they should have been honest with me. I tried to get a hold of him afterwards, but he never called back. I don't want to deal with them again, but I should receive some of my money back for the poor job they've done.

"I apologize for not being able to please [member name removed]. unfortunately she did not understand the terms of the original agreement. We we're also told the leak in the roof above the closet ceiling has been repaired. if there is still a moisture problem in the closet apparently the weekend not been fixed. we also repaired her washing machine that broke while we were there for nothing there were things that were added on to the original agreement that were not included in the cost. She was a very pleasant individual. Unfortunately she's not understand that when things were added to the original agreement it added to the cost of the job. She was very pleased with the work that was being done until cost starting changing for add ons. if I was to work for free I would not be in business today. We try to please all of our customers and clients. unfortunately sometimes this is a tough thing to do."

My house came basically as a shell. He has done a lot of basic carpentry. He has built bookshelves, kitchen cabinets, hung pictures, and also has laid tile for me. The tile was a very large job, he laid it around the entire tub. He also built closets for me. I call on him all of the time. If he can't do the work he will tell you right upfront. I highly recommend him. His prices are extremely reasonable.
