 + -1 moreWe received a phone call within two hours of making the purchase, and they offered to deliver the sofa this afternoon! The two men who arrived were courteous and efficient, and moved our old sofa out of the living room for us, and set up the new sofa, then rearranged our furniture to accommodate the new piece. We are delighted with the professionalism displayed by Helene, and by the delivery men. The new sofa is wonderful, and fits the existing decor beautifully.
Description of Work: Helped us select a new sofa. I had been experiencing back pain and needed more support. Helene demonstrated the difference between the furniture she recommended as opposed to what we owned, using a three dimensional model, and had us try several sofas. Once we selected the model we wished, she reduced the price and promised delivery this week.
