ROY'S ELECTRICAL SVC

Description of Work: I work in real estate and community management and had used the services of this company for clients: condominiums, buyers, sellers, etc. My neighbor had a washing machine burn out on a Sunday. He figured since the machine was older, it just died. Then he went to hook up a new one...sparks! Then sparks from the dvd player, the TV and the dryer. My husband ran over and turned off the breakers. We called Roy's Electric on a Sunday around 3:00. Troy was there within 30 minutes. He spent well over 2 hours diagnosing and documenting the problem which turned out to be defective wires coming into the home from the utility pole. He even assisted my neighbor, who is "older" in contacting the electric company and filing the correct complaints for damages which took another hour. Normally, this Sunday service call would have cost $300+, but Troy charged my neighbor only $100. He even called me the next day to make sure the utlity company came out to correct the problem. He filed a report on behalf of my neighbor so he could be reimbursed bu the utility company.
