Description of Work: The rep that we called for an estimate on a new AC unit and remodeling a bathroom came on the time and date he scheduled. He was very nice but never got back to us until 6 wks later. By then we had another firm put in the AC unit and had contracted with another to remodel the bathroom.

+ -1 moreEven though I gave them a month's notice of desired instillation date (coordinated with other work in the unit), installation was delayed several times because they were unable to get the equipment quoted. We finally had to go with a different manufacturer's model. Installation went fine, but when mold was found in the ductwork and a section had to be replaced, they claimed it would take days and my 90 year old mother would have to go without AC in summertime Florida. Only after our mold remediator jumped in and told them the work must be done that day did they complete the work.
Description of Work: Replaced air conditioning system, both air handler and compressor.
