 + -1 moreOn November 9, the chair was not ready, I had another supplier pick it up, with the fabric. They completed the job in 3 days. Roth did reimburse me promptly for everything except the fabric, but the long wait with no explanation was not acceptable.
Description of Work: On September 25, I contracted to have a wing chair reupholstered and feather cushions fabricated. I purchased the fabric from Roth. I was told the job would take 2 - 3 weeks, as the fabric was in stock.
