+ -1 moreI called the company whose representative told me that my unit which was installed in June of 2016 is no longer covered by warranty and they are no longer servicing the area that I live in. I was told that they are moving more towards new construction, so please be aware if you purchase a new home with an A/C unit installed by PolarExpress, that you may not have any service once the warranty has expired. I really feel that an Air conditioner installed 16 months ago should still be working perfectly and if it isn't, the company that installed it would want to ensure they got it back to that condition. With so many companies to choose from, I would skip this one and find a different one.
