Description of Work: We have used Platinum several times for various projects and have been very satisfied every time. James is very detailed and exacting with his work. While he may not be the cheapest, I have learned you get what you pay for in this town. We have found him to be very trustworthy and honest.

Description of Work: We moved to Florida 5 years ago and have never lived in a home where the roof needed to be pressure washed before so this was a new experience. We wanted the brick paver driveway cleaned and sealed as well. We spoke to several neighbors who cautioned us that if the workers didn't know what they were doing tiles could get broken during the process and if bleach was used it would kill the plants if they weren't protected and rinsed well.Several companies we spoke to didn't show up at the agreed upon time to talk to us, one said there was no need to speak to us he could drive by and send us an estimate, and some brushed off our questions regarding the above mentioned two issues with "no problem, don't worry about it". One company tried to sell us several additional products as a package.It was discouraging. James Tuxbury of Platinum Property Restoration had done several jobs for residents and they very very complimentary of his work. They were right. He showed up on time, asked me several questions about what I wanted then listened to the answers, offered additional information, took the time to actually measure the roof (instead of guessing), explained how the sealers worked, and how he would protect the plants during the cleaning process.and provided a written quote within 24 hours. He performed the work himself, on the agreed upon dates, and kept me up to date on the progress. It took a little longer than anticipated due to rainy weather. (The sealer needs time to dry and can't be applied when the surface is wet. Something on one else even mentioned to me in our conversations!) James Tuxbury met all our expectations he was on time, responsive, professionaland even took pictures. The roof and driveway look wonderful.
