Description of Work: Heard noises in the attic, the owner came on November 26th and determined that there were rats in the attic. Set several traps and caught 3 during that first week. Being our attic is in two parts he then set traps on the other side and during the course of the next 2 weeks caught 6 more. He came every day to check at about the same time of day. Finally it was decided that there were no more in the attic so he arranged for someone to close off all access to the attic and set bait traps around the exterior of our house which he will monitor in the future. He was pleasant, punctual and very reasonable considering the amount of time he spent ridding our house of those critters. Would highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. They come out once a month at the first of the month. I like their punctuality. They do it. If you have a problem, you call them and they are right here. I think the price is pretty good. I did not price it. I went on recommendation when I moved here and he was recommended to me and I took him. I am glad I did.
