+ -1 moreame out and gave us the quote. He arrived on the day and time he said he would. He was in a rush as he was going on vacation. He rolled paint over the areas then sprayed some texture stuff over after the paint dried. He forgot many areas (wall by side of refrigerator, laundry rm. bet. family room and sliding door, etc.). The areas where he sprayed does not match the rest of the wall. He did not put the can of texture on the correct setting, apparently. He missed long expanses and there are highly visible ridges of where there was some of the plaster removed when the caulked chair rail and frames were removed. He had to go to the store and buy more product and then brought his young son back with him. Nothing was protected from the spray. It got on the screen of our sliding doors, got on the grout of our newly installed ceramic flooring in the foyer, dining and living room. We are so disgusted with this man. Sadly we paid him in full.
Description of Work: Jim attempted to repair walls where chair rail and rectangular frame molding were removed in foyer, dining, living room, kitchen, family room and hallway.

+ -1 moreHe was great, brought partner and done in a couple of days, brought us for inspection. Was very honest and adjusted price when work proved not o be a complicated as anticipated
Description of Work: Cut outside wall of house replace wood, fix fence nd stucco. He was so timely nd price was right that we have hired him to pa int our house
