Description of Work: We thought our washer wouldn't spin. Turns out we didn't give it enough time for the size load we had. The technician ran diagnostics on the washer and found everything was fine. He was very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Our Fisher Pay-Kel Dryer needed repair as it completely stopped working. Only 4 repair companies service this unusual brand. After contacting 3 companies, Mr. Appliance was able to come out the next day and service our Dryer. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained that the pulley and belt were broken and that we were fortunate that we did not have a fire as the heaters had overheated and welded together. Mr. Appliance has a policy that the service call amount would go towards the cost of repair if we decided to have them repair the appliance. Unfortunately the parts have to come from New Zealand, and the cost after the service call credit was still $499.00. The dryer was almost 7 years old, and we felt it was not worth repairing as we could purchase a new more efficient dryer for just a couple of hundred dollars, which we did. Mr. Appliance followed up the service call with a computer survey, and two phone surveys as to our satisfaction with the Mr. Appliance experience. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again to service any repairs in our home. I was just in shock of the cost of a home service call, but all of the companies charged the same. Mike was a great tech. Thanks

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance did a warranty repair on a new Sub Zero under counter ice maker. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and returned with the necessary parts exactly one week later. It was a great experience!

Description of Work: Refrigerator relay switch replaced. Screwed in ice maker that was falling apart.
