Being a replanted northerner I have experienced several disappointments in southern contractors with lack of response and quality of work. With Modtek I am extremely pleased. I noticed a ceiling wet spot after a recent rain indicating a roof leak. I called Modtek for repair. John showed up later that day, investigated, told me the problem, and gave me an on-the-spot estimate. The next morning the Modtek crew arrived, confirmed the solution, and completed the repair.
