It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. I found out how much they charged when it showed up on my credit card . Basically they did nothing of value for 675 dollars. Bonnie Ollinger

Work was done at a professional level

Kevin arrived as scheduled and kept me apprised of the work he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use and recommend Meeks for any plumbing related work. In addition, a 2nd Meeks crew performed a septic tank clean-out. they too were knowledgeable and professional - I will use that service again in the future too.

I had them give me and estimate for abandoning a septic tank and doing plumbing to hook up to the city water. He had the first availability to come out. He said he was going to be there during the day and it ended up being the end of the day. I mean it didn't matter, we told him we would be here all day. It's just they said like afternoon, but ended up being evening. He was very challante about the whole thing. He said he would email the estimate, but we haven't gotten anything yet and it's been a while. The only way we would end up using him, would be if someone couldn't do it better than him and for some reason his price was lower than theirs'.

I had water leaking from my second floor condo to the condo below. They could not figure out where the leak was coming from. They came out three times. Eventually my daughter in law discovered that the toilet bowl tank was over filling and leaking through the handled onto the floor. So they never fixed the problem but I was still charged. I am not happy with Meeks. They would not come when they said they will come. The guys were nice and professional, but they never did what they were supposed to do.

Prompt service and problem resolved

They were actually very competitive. They also did an install on a garbage disposal under the sink. That was a case where I bought it and they just installed it. They're a great company, that is why I use them all the time. I wouldn't use anybody else for plumbing. They did an excellent job, it was very competitive price-wise, it was a high-level service. You can't go wrong with them. The workers were wonderful, very accommodating and they're willing to go the extra mile. With the new generation of hot water heaters, the government mandated more insulation and so the size of the hot water heaters now are slightly larger than they used to be and that required some extra plumbing to take care of that situation. They're taller than they used to be. They did a very professional job with it, they could have taken shortcuts and they didn't.

On time and got the work done. No muss no fuss

Nor good. After a week, no response, I had to call them to find out they WILL NOT INSTALL sinks that are set in formica. COULDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS A WEEK AGO? Very disappointed as I had used them in the past.

The house is 45 years old and copper piping was used for the drains. It had total disintegrated and needed to be replaced. Meeks was the only plumbing company to agree to take the job. They were able to relocate the entire drain system from under the slab to the outside of the foundation without having to break through the floor inside of the house. The man that ran the job was excellent. He was a very hard worker, new what he was doing and stayed late several days. He was pleasant to deal with and made sure everything was returned to excellent shape. I highly recommend them for a job of this magnitude.

We've had good dealings with them in the past but this last time it did not go so well.

I called because a pipe broke at 6:30 am. They were supposed to have emergency service. I received a call from someone and said he was in Sebastian over 50 miles away and if he left I would pay a higher price. If I waited 45 minutes the price would be lower since it would be regular operating hours. The plumber arrived at 11am. He told me I needed a new hot water heater. He also told me you know the cost of hot water heaters has gone up as well as the cost of a building permit to install it. (Somehow I get the impression he did not want to do it). He gave me the estimate and I said do it. ( Only because it was a Friday and Saturday was the 4th of July.) The plumber went and got a new Hot Water heater returned and installed it. Then he told me I needed to call an electrician because the hot water he got was shorter than the one I had and the wire was too short, and they don't do electrical work. I paid him and he left. When the electrician arrived he shook is head and told me he never heard of such a thing. all the plumber had to do is get a longer wire and connect it to the outlet that was there from when the house was built.

I have never had to call them for any concerns.

Their services have gone well. I have used the company for several years. They are easy to reach and schedule with. They do their best and the pricing is affordable. The plumbers are nice and friendly. They are happy to answer any questions we have.

Courteous professional clean and fair price and prompt service.

Everything went great. He knew right where to cut the sod to get at box openings for pumping and when he was done, the lawn looked like he was never there. He also showed me the difference between Bio-One, a liquid septic treatment that they use and Rid-X that I was using. more expensive but you get what you pay for. I would use Meeks for other plumbing issues in the future.

Arrived on time. Brian was very professional and did repairs quickly.

They scheduled us the next day. Showed up on time, explained the process up front. Cleaned up when they were finished. Very nice men will call on them again when needed.

Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing.

Not only did they do a shoddy job but the owner handled it poorly when I called with concerns. They estimated the job would cost and quot;about $500and quot; after evaluating the situation and explaining what would need to be done. Then they had 2 plumbers at $85 per hour (Andy was very nice and professional) and a helper at $40 per hour dig a trench to lay the new pipe adding up to $735 in labor! The total cost ended up being almost twice as much as estimated with only $140 for parts it came to $885. The workmanship was terrible with one of the joints they glued leaking and the 35 year old pipe connection at the meter left in place and their new pipe starting few feet into the yard. Someone had to come back the next day to replace a valve to the hose bibs that they removed and did not replaced. The pipes and valves were incorrectly labeled because the plumbers didn't really understand the original set up. When I called 3 days later unable to figure out what went where I spoke to the owner to explain my continued dissatisfaction he offered to come out later that day to have a look himself. He never called and didn't show up at all that day. He did come the following day without notifying me, entered my locked, fenced back yard on his own despite the and quot;beware of dogand quot; sign. He figure it out and relabeled the lines himself. And I only found this out when I returned home and called his office to ask if he would be coming that afternoon. This was a very cowardly, unprofessional and dangerous way to handle my concerns.

Showed up on time did the work quickly and neatly. Explained functions and options. Price exactly as quoted. Highly recommend this company

Excellent service, price....I've already recommended their service to my Dad who's kitchen faucet was also replaced by Meeks

This was on a Sunday and we were without water. Craig called to give us a time frame. Showed up on time, went right to work to make the repair. Very reasonable for a Sunday.
