Massey Services Inc - Vero Beach

The contractor has been very responsive and professional

I don't have any problems with Massey Services Inc. They are very flexible with my schedule when I'm working and I have a small dog and they don't spray anything that would be harmful to her or anything in or near my house that would harm us. I am very pleased with their service. I've had them for quite a while and I recommend them to everybody I know. If you have a problem, like when it rains and sometimes the ants will try to get to higher ground, once they come in they die, and if you have a problem you can call them and they will come out. They are very professionally dressed, and they use professional speech. The last person that came out I told him I was worried for him to be outside taking cobwebs off the roof because it was lightning, and he responded, no ma'am this is my job. I told him I didn't care if it was his job because you don't need to be in danger. He says ma'am I will be finished in a few minutes. He went ahead and did it anyway. He could have said well, she told me not to and got in his car and left, but he went ahead and did it anyway and I appreciate that. I didn't appreciate the fact I was scared to death for him, but the fact that he had that type of command of his character, that he would not sacrifice.

They are very good. They seem trustworthy and they also respond to my phone calls and needs right away. They have gotten any issues I've had under control very quickly. They have very nice and professional employees.

They are always very professional and the quality of the work is great. When we moved into this house there were all kinds of ants and things, and they are all gone.

They were always professional, courteous and came when we needed them, even when it wasn't our scheduled time. They always did a good job!

I think they are a little pricey than others but they guarantee to come back out if the jobs not done rite. We have had nothing but good service form them,. They have actually come out the next day after we would call them. You do get what you pay for with them.

This is the first year we have had Masseys Green Up Lawn Care. We still have weeds, but they are much better than before. So far they seem to be doing okay. I will keep using them, as I really do not have any complaints.

Massey's Green Up Lawn Care does a good job. My lawn looks a lot better than before. You can really tell they work with it. I just wish that they would call before showing up. Sometimes they catch me off guard. Otherwise, everything is great.
