+ -1 moreMy computer would not boot up, so I looked on Angie's list and decided to call Mainsail. They suggested that I bring my computer in, which I did. They were able to look at it and resolve my problem immediately. They were very knowledgable and friendly-- would definitely recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey were responsive and kept me well informed of the process. They shared their computer knowledge. They provided me with a reasonable quote to replace the pc. Although I did not purchase a new computer through them, I am using a spare one for now. I will definitely contact them when I am ready to purchase.
Description of Work: My computer crashed and I got the blue screen of death. Mainsail analyzed my pc and found the problem. They did not repair the pc because it's hard drives were fried.

+ 0 moreI've been consistently impressed with their service. Their costs are reasonable, the work has been done well, they made a point of keeping me informed about the status of the work, and in general were both very professional and friendly.
Description of Work: I have actually dealt with Mainsail Data on multiple occasions. I purchased a netbook there and they removed a vitus and performed other work on an older laptop as well.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed from my first visit when I was inquiring about netbooks. They were all very responsive about answering questions, etc. Gave me a good price and, when the netbook was delayed coming from their distributor, Dale made a point of getting it to me during his time off over the weekend so I could have it as soon as possible.
