Excellent! Paul has done several jobs for me on my tenant occupied rental property. He is easy to work with, I can pay by phone, and he saves you as much money as possible on each job. All I can say is smooth and awesome

I had just moved into my home, so they did those types of things.

I called Paul from Little Bear Plumbing and told him I had a drain clog for the washing machine. He scheduled and came over on time. My elderly Mother was home and he was nice. He called me up to make sure I was going to pay him after the service. I told him that I would pay by phone. He then said OK and started service. He called me back 5 minutes later and said that there was nothing he could do due to he do not go under crawl spaces and do not have a 1 1/2" drain cleaner. He then ask for payment for services. I have absolutely no idea what I paid for. I did not want confrontation with him over the phone while my elderly mother was there so I paid him. However, I paid him for NOTHING! he was already there and saw the crawl space. He knew he was going to not go under it. He gave me no knowledge what what was wrong with it. He only just said he do not do crawl spaces and got paid. It was the quickest $39.99 I have ever spent for no service at all. He could have mentioned to me over the phone that he do not do crawl spaces and I would have canceled the service. I have never seen a plumber that do not do crawl spaces. This was a insult and a scam in my opinion.

Paul came same day I called when I told him the problem. Went on roof and cleaned out roots in pipe. Answered all our questions, explained everything he was doing. Paul was professional while also personable. Highly recommend. We have found our go to plumber!

Little Bear Plumbing came and was able to extract the broken part that was sheared off inside the main water valve and replace the broken handle on the main valve and the spigot above it. Paul was prompt and was able to do the work within 2 hours which included getting the parts needed.

This was a replacement of a 40 gallon water heater which was located under a kitchen cupboard in a condominium. It required a very difficult removal of the old heater and a somewhat easier installation of the new one because we went to an A. O. Smith unit with side rather than top inputs. Paul was very nice to work with and did a meticulous job of running all the piping in the neatest way. We're very happy with the final installation. Paul's pricing was better than any of the other quotations we had received. Some other plumbers who came out to look at the job didn't even come back with a quote after they saw how difficult a job it would be.

Paul of Little Bear did great work. Fixed an intermittent knocking of pipes by isolating cause. Would definitely hire and recommend his work.

Paul was very responsive and came out to my house as scheduled. He fixed the faucet (three handles) and charged the price he had quoted over the phone. The drain was more involved but he was able to fix it for me the same day. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. He was reasonable and did very good work.

Job went very well.

I have used them several times.When he came to check the water to make sure there wasn't a leak and I called the city; he talked to the city people. He was really great. It took him probably 20 minutes to check the water.

It was the owner that came out and he was very nice. Knowledgeable and got right to work. He did everything that he was supposed to do. He answered his call on the weekend and I feel that he was quite good at getting back to me quickly even on an off time when he was on his way someplace else just to make sure it wasn't an emergency. It didn't take him very long. I don't remember exactly how long, but probably 30-45 minutes.

Excellent job! Paul came out and not only fixed and replaced the parts but he also cleaned up the plumbing around the faucets getting rid of the additional pipes that had been in place for ages. Paul was very professional and friendly!

Paul, at Little Bear Plumbing, removed old and installed three items I bought at Lowe's and Home Depot. A new electric water heater, kitchen faucet, and bath faucet. He also replaced both washer faucet valves and blew out hot water lines to kitchen and bath faucets. I called Little Bear Plumbing, we scheduled a date and agreed upon a price for removing and installing the plumbing items I had purchased. Paul arrived at my home promptly at the appointment time and date. We walked through the house and talked about the services needed. I pointed out I recently found a leaky faucet connected to my washer. He recommend replacement because of the leak and age of the valves. I agreed and set a price. Paul is a polite, meticulous, professional service plumber. He advise me at each step of the process and he was very personable too. Felt very comfortable having him in my home. After Paul finishing installing the new water heater, kitchen, bath, and washer faucets, Paul discovered the hot water pressure was low in the bath and kitchen. He told me that while draining the very old water heater he noticed that the dip tube had been disintegrating, which was made of plastic. He was right! There was plastic bits clogging the valves of both the bath and kitchen hot water lines. He took photos with his phone and showed me. He blew out the two hot water lines and then pressure became normal again. I highly recommend Paul of Little Bear Plumbing because he did a great job for me at a reasonable price and even checked up on the service days later. If I ever have a plumbing need again, I will most certainly call Little Bear Plumbing first.

Paul made all the repairs necessary wasting no time but taking the time to explain everything he was doing...which I appreciated so very much. He is thorough and friendly. I have already referred Paul and will do so in the future!

Paul was on time. He brought all parts required for the repair. He was thorough. He found a small leak in a shut off valve and repaired it as well. The price quoted was the price he charged. We will hire Paul and Little Bear Plumbing again.

Responded quickly to request for quotation and followed up immediately to install new unit. Owner and his wife was very courteous and professional. Removed the old unit and installed the new one professionally according to the quotation. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but did affect price. Price was very reasonable.

I have used his service a couple of times. He does a good job and he is who I would call if I need a plumber. Everything Paul has done for me has worked out great.
