Lion's Help Land and Tree Service LLC

I HIGHLY recommend Marcus and Lion's Help! Not only was the response time quick, Marcus was kind, respectful, courteous, and extremely professional. They crew arrived on time, completed the work, and the tree looks wonderful! I will be using them again in the near future!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We hired Lion's Help to do a complete yard makeover in order to get our house ready to sell. The yard was in horrible shape and Marcus & his team did a great job cleaning it up for a very reasonable price (our yard is 1/3 of an acre so it is quite large). The entire team was very friendly and had great attention to detail. We have received many compliments on our yard. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them without reservation.

Marcus and his crew were very polite and respectful. They did exactly as I asked them to do. The huge hedge in the front yard never looked so good! And the neighbor's monster of a pepper tree was cut back to the fence line, nice and neat. They cleaned up afterwards and left the debris in neat piles because once it is on the ground, my husband and I can tackle it. We used to do our own trimming, but now everything is up too high for us. We will hire Lion's Help again.

It took forever for them to do the job (almost a month), but did the job right and went beyond what I was expecting.

It was a one-man job, and after he trimmed the tree, he left all of the debris on the curb of my property and wouldn't take it away in his truck. He left it for the city to pick up (the city comes on Friday mornings) but they would not pick up either. I went out and talked to the man picking up the garbage and he said it was too much for the city to take. Ordinarily, when I've had tree service in the past, the company takes the debris with them and this company did not clean up after the service. Lion's Help Land and Tree Service LLC would not take the debris with them, and my HOA told me this weekend that I was going to be fined if the debris was not removed by the end of today, Monday 2/29. I wound up calling another company to come haul away the tree limbs and had to pay them $130 to take the debris away. I hired Lion's Help Land and Tree Service LLC based on their deal on Angie's List and believe I should be reimbursed for the money I had to spend to clean up after their service.

Fantastic! I have never worked with a provider who did such a good job at keeping me updated. I was always informed when they were coming and if there were any delays. The follow-up and communication were outstanding and the work done was great. They really did a great job I'm coming up a large old oak tree and cleaned up every single branch with no mess left behind. Rates are reasonable and they offered an Angie's list discount

Tremendous...had to reschedule a couple of times due to weather but absolutely no problem as they were in constant contact with me. Marcus showed up today did an outstanding job on all the trees. He removed flower pots and a bird bath from front landscape bed to prevent damage while trimming. Cleaned up well afterwards. He is very pleasant and professional. Needless to say Lion's Help is my new tree service company from here on out.

I am so impressed with Lions help. From the scheduling, Monica was very thorough and kept me posted from start to finish, to the actual work being performed. It was a very challenging removal. The work went well beyond my expectation! By far one of the best service providers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thanks again Marcus and Monica!

Wonderful!! Marcus and his helper were so kind and such hard workers!! Not only did they do a great job trimming, they also cleaned up all of the limbs, branches, leaves, etc. I was so impressed by all of their hard work and professionalism. Would absolutely use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone needing tree or lawn work.

The very same day we called Marcus to come out and give us a quote, he was there. He thoroughly examined the work to be done and said he would give us a quote within two days. Marcus is extremely knowledgeable about trees and plants in general and knows exactly how each type of tree should be trimmed. The proposal to do the work was sent via e-mail, explaining all that was to be done including clean up and hauling away. We felt the price was good and we signed the proposal. Within one week, we were on the schedule and Marcus and several other men came to do the work. Everything was done well and exactly as outlined in the contract. Clean up was great and all the trimmings hauled away. Ours was a big job and took the better part of a day of hard work for several men. This company is extremely professional and offers excellent customer service not only from Marcus but also from Monica who handles the office. We will use this company to trim all of our trees in the future. My husband and I were very impressed. Great job!

Lions Help Land and Tree Service did an outstanding job in removing the branches from my home and trimming the tree. They went above and beyond my expectations. You really couldn't ask for a better crew. It was a very challenging problem due to the small property and the close-by neighboring properties and, in the process of trimming the tree, one of the branches damaged the roof. They took full responsibility for the damage and promptly contacted a roofing company to repair the damage.

Fast, efficient and cleaned everything up

The work was done professionally with the tree removed in stages so that it was carefully taken down around my pool enclosure. There were large thuds that shook the area, but everything went down like it was supposed to. The clean up and removal of the wood was well done. I didn't have to go around and pick up branches or wood chips. If you have tree work to be done, Marcus will do a very good job for you. I recommend him with high regard for his workmanship.

They did work but did not haul debris away. We thought that should be included and not be an extra charge

After several cancellations I wanted my money back was told I could not get it. I contacted Angie's List customer service and finally got my money back after constantly perusing the rep who would not return call after call. A big "F" all the way around.

On time and very professional. The trees were trimmed and the yard was cleaned up properly. The price was very reasonable and the work was performed as promised and on time and with safety in mind at all times. I will use them again.

I definitely recommend Lions Help for tree trimming services. Estimate process very quick and easy. Monica quickly responded to communication. Marcus showed up on time, has a great eye for shaping trees, was pleasant and professional, and did a great job cleaning up when he was finished and all for a reasonable price. I called Lion's Help because of all the positive feedback on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. They were very prompt in getting back with me and keeping me informed. Marcus came out and evaluated my big tree and also some other trees that I want removed eventually. He gave me an estimate that included a price for the oak tree and two smaller trees and also a price for the oak tree alone. I chose to only have the oak tree done right now. Marcus and another worker came out and really worked hard in this heat. They clearly knew what they were doing and took every precaution to keep my home, car and driveway safe from the falling debris. They did an excellent job of clean up which was important to me as I'm elderly and I would have a hard time if I had to clean up after them. Also, they give a 5% senior discount. I will definitely use them again after the holidays when I plan to have a couple of smaller trees removed. I forgot to mention that he trimmed one of these other trees before he left, at no charge.

It was great. I think my mom has reached out to him as well. They came probably shortly after I purchased it. He was really courteous. He was punctual. He called that he was going to be late because they had run into an issue. They did a good job. It looked really great when he was done. He was a really nice guy.

They ensured that I was happy with what they had done and did a few xtra things, no charge, at my request. Very friendly and accommodating.
