Description of Work: We received a confirmation email from Lion's Help almost immediately after I made the online purchase through Angie's. I found the office staff to be courteous and professional. They do a wonderful job of staying in touch with their clients. The team who did the work are outstanding, and went above and beyond what I expected of them. Everything about this company was a great experience and I will use their services again.

Description of Work: Bought a Big Deal, $150 for $300 worth of service. They came out to give a quote for removing 2 trees, to include stump grinding (1 tree was right next to my neighbor's fence, hence one reason for needing it removed.) Quote came in higher than I was expecting, so got quotes from other companies. All came in 50-100 lower and they all included stump grinding (Lion's added 150 for grinding.) Work was done and trees were removed. However, they couldnt grind the stump of the tree by the fence because of how close it was. Received a $15 credit, but was hoping it would have been more.

Description of Work: I hired them to remove 2 small scrub trees and trim back another larger one. Marcus, the owner, was very courteous and professional and when he saw the larger tree, offered to remove it for an added $100.00. It was never very clear as to what was included in the $200 service I purchased, but I was very pleased with the overall work and the way his team conducted themselves and cleaned up.

Description of Work: I had a major problem with 10-12 foot overgrown shrubs on all sides of the property. The company brought three men, chain saws and worked from 9-5 - they also took all the cuttings and debris with them. They were very professional and friendly and changed the entire look and feel of our property. All of the neighbors noticed how nice it looked. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to others.

Description of Work: Cut a number of branches on a large oak tree,cleaned up area and hauled the cuttings away. Setting up the appointment and having the work preformed was handled in a very professional manner. Marcus is a nice person to deal with. would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Marcus was terrific! They responded to my inquiry the same day and made an appointment for a couple of days later to quote the job. He looked over the tree and sited all of the problems it was having and agreed to do it for the special price (even though my tree is bigger than 15 ft). He was so knowledgeable about the tree and they were even able to fit me into their schedule for a couple of days later. They were punctual, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be using him for some more work in the coming months.

Description of Work: They did a good job of trimming most but did not trim 1 tree at all and left one limb "hanging" on the roof. I was surprised at that but... I just won't call them again.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Lion's Help Land and Tree Service. Marcus did an excellent job trimming/raising 3 trees for me, as well as cleaning up the cut branches. Marcus was knowledgable, punctual, professional and considerate. I felt the cost was reasonable. Most importantly...it was refreshing to find someone that takes pride in his work! I will definitely use Lion's Help again!

Description of Work: Although the work was acceptable, even though they took a long time to finally come, a large pile of garden trash has been left on the curb. they came back to cut it into lengths that City of Winter Park would pick up, but did not bundle it, so WP will not pick it up unless I pay $25. The tree person called and said I had not told him it needed to be bundled and that he would not come back again to do so.
