Johnny Walker

He assessed the job and said he would do it for $450. I agreed and we scheduled the date. He arrived with two helpers, and announced not he, but they would be doing the work . . . one was his son. He got them started and left. . . that was the last I saw/heard from him.I was only there for part of the job, and the helpers seemed to know what they were doing. I came back later to hear an ear-witness account my housemate gave about how they had to call Mr. Walker for instructions, and based on their following dialogue, had severe disagreements with him. So far, really not so bad, if a bit unprofessional. We stayed off the floor as instructed. Two days later the slate is still covered with an oily slime, very slippery, and the new tiles are all hazy. I called Mr. Walker and left a message. No response. I called a few days later and left another message, still no response. I left a few other messages, with stronger pleas for a response . . . . nothing. He has completely ignored me. I seek help from other professionals who would like to know spcifically what he sealed the floor with before they can assist. It is SUCH a pain that he just wont call back even to provide some info. It appears customer satisfaction is not important to him.
