John was referred to us by another satisfied customer. We hired him to remodel 2 bathrooms. His craftmenship is outstanding. He took care of everything from beginning to end, starting with the design, ordering materials, and installation. The project was done within the given time frame. We will definitely hire him again. On a lighter note, we were working alongside with John and his brother, painting and cleaning and these guys we definitely fun to be around. Thank you John and Brian.

They were professional, friendly, helpful, on time and totally wonderful. They not only did an outstanding job but they did it quickly as well, taking into consideration it was my only bathroom. I never had a project go so smoothly. They remodeled my bathroom and with their suggestions I have a â Wowâ factor going on. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Knudsen and his team installed wood-look porcelain tile throughout my home as well as completely gutted and renovated my master shower. They did a wonderful job. The work was high quality, he kept me updated and sent me photos of the progress. During the install there were a number of factors that were out of our control (COVID as well as a few family emergencies). I felt that Mr. Knudsen was very understanding, open to communication and willing to work around the difficult situations to get the job done. Overall, Mr. knudsen is knowledgeable, friendly and his experience shows in the excellent work he does. I plan on using him for future projects

The team was on on time, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. The 6x40 porcelain wood plank tile looks great. They filled and overcame a bad low spot. I couldn t be happier that I hired John and he s crew.

We used John to instal tile flooring throughout our vacation home. We needed it completed rather quickly to accommodate our move in date. John exceeded any reasonable expectations. He always kept us updated with photos of his progress. Couldn t ask for an easier experience. Highly recommended!

While the quality of the finished product was more than adequate, Mr. Knudsen did not finish the job. I TRUSTED that when he said the job was done and asked for the rest of the monies we had negotiated, he was being honest and truthful. This was not the case. My husband and I were up north for the summer when the job was supposedly completed. Many texts and phone conversations were made and promises were also made but in the end, I had to hire another independent handyman to complete the project. Mr. Knudsen never responded to any phone messages or texts I sent. Not the actions of a professional person who had over $5,000.00 of my money. I would never hire him again and I certainly would NOT recommend him.

John did a great job and even did a bit extra, installing tile in a small hallway closet.

John and his men were kind, courteous, and professionalism. John made changes in the schedule to work between Christmas and New Years and it work for us and his workers.

Job was ~1300sq-ft of 6x36 porcelain wood grain tile. Pros: 1) Tile that my wife and I picked out looks great, very happy with how the tile turned out. Tile pattern layout looks like great care was taken to make it look nice and the quality of the install is excellent. 2) John and his crew were on time every day. Cons: 1) John could have confirmed with tile vendor that tile was ready for pick-up, instead lost a day when he went to pick it up and it was still in Miami (order placed a month prior). 2) After tile arrived and after the first day of tile install, John indicated the job would be done in 3 days. Job was completed in 6 days (not including two weekends those 6 days spanned). 3) After grout was applied, job was considered complete. My wife spent a lot of time cleaning up after grout application and I spent time re-installing doors that were removed but not replaced. Doors were not straightforward as added leveling compound and thicker tiles meant pocket door in one case would not shut as it now interfered with floor. Overall, I think John did a very good job on the tile install and we are very pleased at how it looks. He repeatedly stated how many years of experience he has which is why my wife and I were a little disappointed at some of the issues encountered but would consider using John again should we have a need. If you are having this type of tile installed in place of a previous tile floor and the installer insists on using floor leveling compound then you should be aware that appliances such as refrigerators and dishwashers may not fit in the space remaining, doors may need to be adjusted, and thresholds between rooms where the tile mates to other surfaces will likely need to be replaced because the tile will sit higher than the previous tile. Also, this type of tile has slight warpage so some edges may not be on plane after they are installed. I also recommend negotiating the price of the tile on your own as it saved us a lot of money.

I hired John to do the work in our Master Bath renovation. He did a brilliant job and added his artistic design touch to the job. We couldn't be happier. Totally recommend!!

John did an amazing job on my wood floor. We had a very large area to be installed with almost 2000 sq ft. He was masterful on the install, solving round walls, steps, moving furniture, appliances and even dealing with my dogs pleasantly everyday!!! He is trustworthy and knowledgeable as well as caring. We not only found a floor installer, we made a new friend. I highly recommend him
