Jimmy was punctual did what he said he was going to do and did an excellent job. He did more work for $700.00 than other tree service companies were going to do for the same price.

They were great. They were good. They did what they said. They did it in a reasonable period of time. They did a good job. They did what I needed. They just did everything they were supposed to. Their professionalism was good. Everything was good. There were no negatives. The quality of the work was good.

I had no advance phone call that they would be coming, but I was expecting them sometime this week so it was not a surprise. The fellows did their job quickly and efficiently, and were friendly, asking at one point if it looked OK to me - which it did, of course. The limbs and debris from the trimming were picked up within an hour or two of the job. They answered my question on a branch that I feared would be close to the house.

They had the labor crew come out that did the trimming and cleaned it all up in a pile and late that afternoon another crew came back and cleaned it all out of my yard and they did a nice job with that. They took the yucca out down to the ground level; that looks good. A different crew came back a few days later and fertilized the two queen tops. Very efficient, very well scheduled, and very well executed. They call before they come out to do the work and follow up to make sure it gets done to my satisfaction. They do everything, as far as customer service, that you would want. I thought the price was a little bit high but I was satisfied with the job so it was ok.

Crew arrived as scheduled,very professional and left the area immaculate.Will highly recommend to all.

They kept me informed throughout the entire process to make sure they were taking care of everything to my satisfactory and made sure I was happy with the results, which I highly appreciated. They completed the work in about 3 hours; they were prompt and respectful on my property.

Only MINOR complaint is waiting for them to show up - would have preferred they let me know they were leaving and given me an estimate of when they thought they would return. This job did drag out because of wind and stormy weather.

Their price was good and they were efficient. They hauled everything away and did a good job of cleanup; nobody got hurt. They had to go up some very tall palm trees and they even brought a boom to get the tallest trees; so it was a very efficient and fast operation. They did a good job and I will use them again in the future.
