Description of Work: It took at least 5 calls and several broken appointments to get a defective wine cooler replaced. They should have seen that it was not working when they installed it. Did they hope we wouldn't notice? No one at Jetsons wanted to deal with us after the sale. |Recently we called service for the dishwasher they installed and after 3 voicemails went unanswered to service we called a contractor and paid for what should have been warrantee. |Unbelievably bad customer appreciation and service!

It was delivered with the tape and stickers still on it the door still would not stay shut and they told my wife it had been converted to run on propane when she signed for it, I was annoyed when I got home but figured I could clean it up and probably fix the door. When I tried to light it flames came out of the back of the grill and pretty much engulfed the thing I tried to call Jetson but no one would take the call, I called there customer service and they asked what do you expect us to do about it, finally I called the manufacturer who told me to stop what I was doing immediately as the grill was still set up for natural gas they knew this because they would have to get the kit from them or they would void the warranty and they had send not kit to Jetson. They only returned our calls two months later when we disputed the credit card charge, the latest word from the credit card company is that they supplied the kit but we insisted on installing it ourselves then lost the kit which is a outright lie. This is the worst most dishonest company I ever dealt with never again will I do business with these people.
Description of Work: I bought a gas grill from them it was a floor model, which had a bad door it was covered in tape and stickers and was set up for natural gas, they were supposed to fix the door convert the grill to run on propane and clean it up to look like new.

We've purchased from them before so we knew the company. I would tell others to shop around, they were a little too sharp for me. I was traveling and didn't have much time and just went and bought them one day. I probably wish I didn't at this point. The salesmen are just too pushy and sharp. They weren't too bad in price, but price was not my main concern.
