+ -1 moreJeff "repaired" a leak in our roof 2 years ago. It started leaking in that same spot recently so we reached out to Jeff. After multiple calls & messages left, he never returned the calls. The courtesy of a reply to a customer goes a long way. I would definitely not recommend him considering our repair job was not done properly & he never called us back to discuss the situation.
Description of Work: We needed to speak to Jeff regarding a faulty repair job he did on our roof.

Description of Work: They replaced my damaged shingle roof with a white metal standing seam roof. They used a peel and stick underlayment which is superior to the old style felt. The roof looks fantastic. Very happy with them. They worked start to stop with no downtime. Did a pretty good job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Kuhnert installed my roof after hurricanes, we had several leaks , they addressed a few and ignored our last request for service over serveral months time, we endured severe leaks and over 30k damage to our home, they never followed up after initial inspection . Rudely no return phone calls, broken missed appointments, we hired Hanabri roofing to fix the problem , would never recommend kuhnert!!

+ -1 moreI received a written estimate in the mail a few days later; however the estimate was for complete replacement of the roof, not a repair job as I had told him I thought was all that was needed. This showed me he wanted to overcorrect the problem and do unnecessary work. Would not contact this company again even though they might do good work.
Description of Work: No service was performed. I asked for an estimate only to compare with other roofing companies.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. I checked after the first big rain storm and there wasn't a drop. They had a couple of follow up items that wasn't their fault. Where the screen enclosure met they had to come back and put in a couple of diverters in. It has a one year warranty, so far we've paid nothing for the call backs. Everything's great with them, they stand by their work.
