+ -1 moreI gave him a D not an F because he did come out to give me an estimate. He said he would get back to me in a couple of days but I never heard from him again. After waiting about 10 days I called someone else. He seemed like a nice enough guy and I don't know if he does good work. I can understand if he didn't want or couldn't do the job but I think a phone call telling me so would have been the professional way to handle it.
